Panda Express

I was having a terrible day today, I experienced a loss and it has been a very terrible day, I usually get panda express because its amongst my favorite foods to try and be a little better i guess… told staff about my bad day and i almost fell in tears when i got home and saw this written on the back of a receipt/ paper . I most certainly appreciate this. thank you all, from a horrible day I went to having at least one good memory…. Thank you to the staff, this was above and beyond and did not expect it… Thank you

The food was okay. I hadn't had Panda Express in years since I did not like it much, but my kids decided that's what they wanted for lunch, so I gave it a try. It was decent, better than I remember, and a good price. I didn't it it 5 stars because the tables were pretty dirty.

When I was placing my order, I felt that the chow mein seved on my plate was very little. All the orders before me got good scoops. Maybe because it was low and there wasn't a batch ready. I mentioned it to the employee, and she just laughed. I ended up ordering a large side! Then, whenever I got home, I opened up the large side and it had plastic in it. I threw away my order and it might be a while before I go back. I was very disappointed.

We will not be ordering take out from here again and given the reviews we won’t be going in person either. Perfect example of we should have listened to the reviews and not ordered. Placed an online order and when my husband picked it up they handed him one bag. It was missing half of our food. Called the restaurant to ask about the missing items and was told “it’s here” and when I explained that he was handed one bag only was told “sorry bout that” with no other explanation offered and no solution other than him having to drive back up there to get the food. When we opened the food at home we were so disappointed. My husband ordered the plate which had 1 side and 2 entrees. He chose fried rice, sweetfire chicken and Beijing beef. There was not even 1/4 cup of beef and 3 pieces of chicken beside 2.5 cups of fried rice. The cheese Rangoons tasted like they were fried in old oil and were soggy feeling. We really have nothing positive to say abt this experience. We’re not interested in talking to anyone from the restaurant we just don’t want anyone else wasting $50 on a thoroughly disappointing experience.

Ordered food at 4:00pm for pickup at 5:30pm. 15 people were expecting to eat at 5:45pm. Food wasn't ready until after 6:05. Never again. Panda has lost me as a customer forever
