About Panda Chinese Restaurant
Welcome to Panda Chinese Restaurant, located at 3506 Capital City Mall Dr in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. As a Chinese restaurant serving the local area, Panda Chinese Restaurant aims to provide a variety of Chinese dishes to its customers. The available feedback from online reviews presents a mixed perspective on the overall dining experience, highlighting both positive and negative aspects that potential customers may want to consider.
Information regarding the specific environment and ambiance of Panda Chinese Restaurant is somewhat limited. One reviewer describes it as a place with "good people" and "great service," which could imply a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. However, another review paints a starkly different picture, alleging that "the place is unhygienic." Without further corroborating details, it is difficult to form a definitive opinion on the restaurant's environment. Potential customers might want to consider these contrasting views when deciding to visit.
In terms of services, one positive review mentions "quick and delicious" food and "great service," suggesting efficiency and attentiveness from the staff. This indicates that some customers have had positive interactions and a smooth dining experience. However, the negative review, while primarily focused on food quality and hygiene, also touches upon service by stating that "the service was great as always" for that particular customer, even amidst their negative experience with the food. This suggests that the staff might generally be perceived as friendly and helpful, even when other aspects of the restaurant are criticized.
One of the featured items at Panda Chinese Restaurant, according to a positive review, is their "orange chicken," which is described as a "staple" and a dish that "can’t go wrong with." This suggests that their orange chicken is a popular and well-regarded menu item, potentially a signature dish that many customers enjoy. The same reviewer also expressed satisfaction with "all the food choices," indicating a potentially diverse menu with a range of options to suit different preferences.
However, a significant concern is raised in another review regarding the quality and safety of the food. This customer reported getting sick multiple times after eating at Panda Chinese Restaurant, culminating in a severe experience of nausea and illness immediately after a recent meal. They explicitly stated that the food "tastes spoiled" and raised concerns about the hygiene of the establishment. Additionally, this reviewer claimed that "the fountain drinks taste off and the bottle drinks are out of date." These are serious allegations that potential customers should be aware of.
Given these contrasting reviews, it is challenging to definitively characterize the features of Panda Chinese Restaurant. While they seem to offer a variety of Chinese food options, with orange chicken being a noted favorite by one customer, there are significant concerns raised by another regarding the freshness and hygiene of their offerings. The positive mention of "good people" and "great service" stands in contrast to the serious accusations of unhygienic conditions and spoiled food.
Currently, there is no promotional information available in the provided customer reviews. Therefore, it is not possible to comment on any special offers, discounts, or seasonal promotions that Panda Chinese Restaurant might be running. Local users interested in learning about any promotions should contact the restaurant directly using the provided phone number.
In conclusion, Panda Chinese Restaurant in Camp Hill, PA, presents a mixed picture based on the limited customer feedback available. While one reviewer praises the orange chicken and overall food choices, along with the quick and great service, another customer reports multiple instances of illness after eating there, citing concerns about hygiene and spoiled food, as well as issues with the drinks. These are serious and conflicting opinions that potential customers should consider carefully. If you are considering dining at Panda Chinese Restaurant, it might be prudent to weigh the positive feedback regarding service and a specific dish against the significant negative claims about food safety and hygiene. As there is no additional information to either corroborate or refute these claims, local users may want to exercise caution and consider these points when making their decision. For any information on their menu, services, or potential promotions, contacting the restaurant directly is recommended.

One of the best chinese food in the area! The orange chicken is a staple! Can’t go wrong with all the food choices! Quick and delicious! Good people, great service thank you! Will be back soon 🫰
The service was great as always. But….this is the 4th time I’ve gotten sick after eating their food. I brushed it off the first few times thinking it was me. I had just finished eating my dinner when I got terrible nausea and got super sick. Enough is enough. The place is unhygienic and the food tastes spoiled. The fountain drinks taste off and the bottle drinks are out of date. I don’t like badmouthing places but save your money!! It’s not with it!
They have I deal where you can get two different items (such as rich and chicken or noodles and etc) or four different items, I asked for two items but they did the four deal which cost more obviously. When I ate the Food it was terrible and left me feeling a tad bit under the weather. What a waste of money because it was overpriced too. Don't eat there.
This is the worst Chinese food I've ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth. The Sesame Chicken was inedible: hard, chewy, no identifiable meat at all, just hard, stringy, or gummy... stuff with bread coating, covered in a heavy syrupy mess. Even the vegetable fried rice was bad bad bad. ZERO STARS for the food. Please, do yourself a favor and DON'T EAT HERE!! I returned the food after having tried to eat it (and I NEVER return food). I was there on Sept. 26th or 27th, 2024. I wanted to give zero stars for the overall rating, but Google wouldn't let me.
Came to the mall just before closing, so we knew we weren't getting the freshest meal, but after we got our orange chicken home and dug in, I had to pull out a full wooden toothpick and some very large chunks of orange peel. Noodles were decent, at least.
