The server taking the order continues to not understand English. My family has been ordering here for years and it is getting worse. She gets the order wrong and when you call her back she is beyond rude insisting you made the mistake. Management have done nothing to correct her behavior. She has zero customer service skills as she continues to make mistakes. Hiring someone who actually speaks and understands English would change their rating. They also take very long to deliver.

Standard flavor profile. Food was hot upon arrival. Driver called before he was on the block to ensure I was outside to pick up and pay quickly. Chicken was plentiful in the chicken noodle soup and there was a lot of chicken in the chicken broccoli entree. Spring rolls had lots of vegetables. Overall pleased. Will order again from them.

VERY! VERY! DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS RESTAURANT. I just placed an order consisting of shrimp, rice w/broccoli, and chicken wings w fries. When I received my order the wings were overcooked with feathers still attached....really! Long story short, I called to complain, in a nice way, though they were not very nice to me, spoke to me in a very rude manner and did nothing to make things better; Was told not to call back,( after MANY year of patronizing them) that was not the right answer for me....... They will not be getting my service again!

Very good service. I was Staying at the Hampton Inn on Business. This place is incredible. Great service, and I even learned the proper usage of Chinese language, as I was using some of the words incorrectly. Friendly and kind service. I wish they accepted Credit cards, because it would be much easier to order that way!

I ordered food from here last night for kids. They had a sleep over. This was the WORSE CHINESE food ever! I ordered BBQ wings and Fries the fries tasted like old stale potatoes, the BBQ chicken looked horrible and the low mein had no taste lacked vegetables. We spent $25.00 - we tasted and threw in the garbage!! Will stick to what I know the Chinese food on the conduit near golden crust they just don't deliver! Better yet will cook my own food!
