Another customer shared a negative experience after being assured that the food was freshly cooked that morning. They ordered fried rice and Kung Pao chicken, but found the chicken to be dry, the vegetables soggy, and the fried rice bland and dry. This customer was so dissatisfied that they discarded most of their meal and would not recommend this establishment.

Based on these recent reviews, local users considering Pan Asian Express - MGM Food Court for a Chinese meal takeaway should be aware of the reported issues with dryness, flavor imbalance, and overall food quality. While the convenience of a food court location is a potential advantage, the feedback suggests a need for improvement in food preparation.

The food was dry and everything tasted like soy sauce, even the orange chicken. The dumplings were so dry they were barely chewable.

Around 11 AM, I visited a restaurant and asked if the food was freshly cooked this morning, as it seemed like leftovers from the previous day. The staff assured me it was freshly prepared in the morning. I ordered fried rice and Kung Pao chicken. The chicken was dry, the vegetables were soggy, and the fried rice was bland and dry. I ended up taking only a few bites and throwing it away. This is a restaurant I would never recommend.

Orange chicken was fine. Not the best, not the worst. If you've decided to eat at the food court in Mandalay Bay, its a decent option. Little pricey.

This is by far the worst meal I ate while in Vegas. Chow mein noodles were flavorless and so overdone that they literally fell apart and the chow mein was brought out fresh. The orange chicken looked much better than it was. It was stale and gross. Can't believe I paid almost 20 bucks for some of the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. I've eaten better at run down buffets. This place is gross.

We shared a $19.99 Two Entree and One side. It was really good. The Ginger Chicken was so so good. Kung Pao was good but spicy, so if you don't like that stay away. We loved it. On the strip inside of MGM Grand it's hard to beat.
