Paik's Noodle Korean-Chinese Food

I ordered the sweet and sour chicken for dinner and the sauce was in chunks. Never seen a kitchen was okay serving anything like this. Also, the cashier never mentioned that the entree doesn't come with any noodles or rice. She could have easily asked the customer to help generate revenue for the business and also provide a better experience for the customer. Also what's the point of this side dish? The container probably cost more than the actual food

Everytime I eat here, I always end up getting the stir fried noodles. It’s so yummy with a perfect balance of the vegetables/ pork and noodles. Overall big portions for most/all of the food at a low cost and the food comes out extremely fast. If your in the Quincy area def recommend coming

Paik's Noodle is a quick service Korean-Chinese restaurant located in Quincy's HMart Food Court. It originates from Korea, made by famous chef Paik Jong Won (Well known in America for his appearance on Netflix's Culinary Class Wars) When HMart Food Court first opened, this place had the longest line, now that the lines have died down, we have tried it many times and have not been disappointed. The staff works quick and most of the dishes come out within 5-10 minutes, though sometimes they get dishes wrong but are quick to replace them. We've tried the Jjamppong, Jajangmyeon, and the Tangsuyuk. The Jjamppong is pretty standard, though what is unique is the noodles which were a bit thicker but taste pretty good. The Jajangmyeon is a more savory version rather than sweet, which is to my liking a lot more. The Tangsuyuk is also pretty standard, but very good. The prices are pretty good compared to the portion size, and is very filling. I'd definitely check it out if you are in the area or grabbing a bite to eat from HMart.

The food was A-mazing!!! I tried their jajangmyeon and jampong, and I thought they were authentic and just super good. I feel like jajamyeon was on the sweeter side but that is what made it taste authentic and Paik's cooking style. Waiting time was 5~8 minutes and this was at dinner time on a Christmas eve day. Definitely coming back.

This place had the longest line when I first walked into the food court, but I was able to order right away when I circled back, so the line moves fast (and it’s a food court, so you don’t necessarily have to wait there the entire time anyway). I ordered the Jajangmyeon ($10.95 + additional 20% discount with the grand opening promotion lasting until 2024/10/13). The portion size was huge! The sauce was very savory and tasty. I’m knocking off a star because I only found four pieces of ground pork, so I wish there were more protein, but still a filling, bang-for-your-buck meal regardless.
