About P.F. Chang's

Welcome to P.F. Chang's, a well-known Chinese restaurant located at 3450 Wrightsboro Rd Suite D215 in Augusta, Georgia. Situated within a mall location, P.F. Chang's offers a distinctive dining experience with a focus on American-Chinese cuisine. As a prominent establishment in the "Chinese Restaurant" category, P.F. Chang's typically provides a range of services including dine-in, takeout, and potentially curbside pickup, catering to individuals, families, and groups looking for a taste of familiar and innovative Asian-inspired dishes.

Based on recent feedback from local customers, the experience at P.F. Chang's in Augusta appears to have some inconsistencies. One family who chose to dine in on a Tuesday evening reported several issues that detracted from their visit. The check-in process was described as lacking, with an initial wait due to the absence of staff at the front desk. Subsequently, there was a further delay in receiving water and menus after being seated. The customer noted a significant wait until they had to actively request service from a staff member.

Adding to the initial negative impressions, this dining customer recounted an incident with their waitress where water or spit was expelled onto their arm while speaking, causing considerable discomfort. Despite this unpleasant start and further observations about the server's appearance, the customer acknowledged that the food order was ultimately correct, with the exception of not being asked about lemon in their water. Due to the initial wait times and the incident with the server, this customer rated their experience a 4 out of 5 stars, despite a $200 bill (excluding the tip) and the food being described as good.

In contrast to the dine-in experience, another customer opted for curbside pickup and reported significant disappointment with the food quality. The Mongolian Beef was described as severely overcooked, likened to beef jerky or chewing leather. The fried rice was characterized as bland and tasteless, and the chicken in the Spicy Chicken Bowl was noted as being dry. The only item deemed somewhat acceptable were the egg rolls. This customer felt that the $66 meal did not meet their expectations.

Tonight our family of five chose to dine here ( Augusta, GA) Mall Location. The check-in was lacking as we had to wait to be seated on a Tuesday night, not because it was busy there was no one at the front desk. After a wait we heard someone yell; xxx you got people up front. We were seated after waiting… then no one came for some time to bring water or menus. One young lady was adding silver service to an empty table, so we sat and sat until finally we asked the young lady placing napkins can we get menus or service. Shortly, thereafter this heavily lipped gloss waitress came over. As soon as she open her mouth… water(spit)flew out onto my arm.. ugh! I almost decided not to dine there… between the nails and the over embellished lip gloss… she took our order w/o a note pad and other than not asking if we wanted lemon in our water, the food order was correct. Sooooo, I have given a 4(*) because of the wait time upon entering and at the table and because of the spit situation. Double Ugh! This experience was not what I expected for a $200 tab not including tip. The food was good too.

Ordered curbside pickup. Very disappointment. The food was not good. Mongolian Beef was way over cooked, worse than eating beef jerky. Beef like chewing leather. Fried rice bland and tasteless. Chicken in the Spicy Chicken Bowl was dry. The only thing that tasted half way decent was the egg rolls. Not what I was expecting for $66 meal.

It was my first time going and I love the atmosphere. The place is really beautiful. Makes you feel like you're somewhere else. I was on a strict first at the time, but the Thai Peanut Salad was great! I was full and had plenty to take home for later.

Kevonte was our server. Pleasant and attentive. We loved the Cucumber Limeade beverage, but we noticed that the refills weren't as good as the first one: the bar ran out of cucumbers, that's why they were progressively weak! We got the $18 special, but don't bother with the Red Velvet Cake or the Key Lime pies, both were disappointing. Our to go chicken fried rice was loaded and delicious. This was my second time visiting, looking forward to the next one.

Our waitress was very nice and the feast prices can't be beat. My sesame chicken had to be remade because it came out with no onions or peppers, so we weren't able to eat everything at the same time. The fried rice that we paid extra for was just white rice with soy sauce and huge clumps of white rice in the middle
