P.F. Chang’s

Food was decent, pad thai is better than the Singapore street noodles (pictured) - 1 star for serving my food on a chipped plate (usually wouldn’t mind, but if I’m spending $20+ per plate, it better not be damaged). - 1 more star for having to wait 5+ min for my wife to get her food after mine arrived. Servers were nice and atmosphere is good. I’m indifferent on the 20% service charge, but they at least have a sign at the front so you know before you decide to eat there.

The only proper decent restaurant in the entire terminal. Service impeccable. Food huge portions. Ingredients are fresh. Love the fried prawn balls, crispy and succulent and big. Closes at ten but allowed to sit around to finish the wine.

P.F. Chang’s at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is located in the Tom Bradley International Terminal and operates as a full-service restaurant. Travelers should be aware that prices here are generally higher than at other P.F. Chang’s locations, which is typical for airport dining. During a weekday visit, the restaurant was not overly crowded, allowing for a relatively relaxed atmosphere. With time to spare before a flight to London, we chose to sit at the bar rather than wait for a table. The service was average—efficient but not particularly memorable. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. It tasted similar to the brand’s frozen meals available in grocery stores, lacking the freshness and quality typically associated with the dine-in experience at other P.F. Chang’s outlets. While the convenience of a recognizable name may appeal to some travelers, our visit highlighted the importance of exploring other food options within the terminal. LAX offers a variety of local and international dining experiences that may provide better value and quality. This visit served as a reminder that familiar names don’t always guarantee a satisfying meal, especially in airport settings.

They have vegan appetizers (we chose green beans for protein) and main dishes like noodles can be made with tofu. I didn’t like to taste of tofu though, it tasted not fresh. Nice drinks and the staff is warm and friendly!

Karla the bartender and the host Anthony are incredible. The entire staff is so great!! Well done to their manager. This is really a caring staff. Food was incredible too.
