I have always loved P.F. Chang's. Since I haven't dined at one in years, I decided to do so this evening. The staff exceeded expectations! My bartender, Drew, was friendly and professional, while my dinner was prepared and cooked perfectly. I ordered the Dinner Special, starting at $16.99. I got the House Salad and Chicken Teriyaki with Lo Mein. The salad dressing was a flavorful mixture of soy, sesame, and (I think) peanut butter. But the chicken dish stole the show. The chicken thigh bites were crunchy and tender. The sauce was sweet, tangy, and sticky. And the pineapple supplied enough acid to cut the sweetness of the dish. Nice work, y'all!
We tried this restaurant and we love it. The food is just perfect. They not only offer a good Chinese cuisine but also the menu includes recipes from Japan, Korea, Thailand, and beyond. The atmosphere is great and the service is really good too. It’s a good place for whole families and share time with friends too! I think they honoring the Asian food in splendid way and style.
This location has seriously gone downhill. The only good thing about this visit was that I had a reservation and was seated promptly. The restaurant seemed to be appropriately busy for a Friday night, but on closer inspection it seemed like they were understaffed. My friend and I waited at least 15 minutes before the manager came over to take our drinks order. It was then another 20 minutes before our waiter came over, asked if we had ordered, when we said no, she said her manager was supposed to be helping her. (That would not be the first time she complained during our service). The food was mediocre at best. The Egg Drop Soup was extremely bland. The coating on the spicy chicken had a gritty texture to it, and the fried rice was under seasoned. My friend asked for some coffee, and a gentleman at the next table asked for some as well. The waiter brought his out in a water glass and said they were out of cups. PF Chang's has been consistent in the past for a decent meal/value, but this was just pathetic.
Devynn made my day! She not only went above and beyond for me… but was the SWEETEST! This is my goto lunch spot downtown! Great lunch specials and amazing service, always! Thank yall!♥️
I traditionally order thee same order every time. So I placed my order for chicken pad Thai and honey chicken. The order came via uber eats upon first bite I knew the food didn’t taste right. I called pf chang to express my sentiments about the taste and was happy that Alan the manager offered to remake the orange chicken. I walked from my hotel and picked up the food. Once back at the hotel the food looked and tasted the same as the first order. which isnt what it traditionally taste like. I called the restaurant and it was explained ALL PF CHANGS HAVE CHANGED THEIR RECIPE AND PREPARATION OF MANY OF THERE MEALS. DEAR PF CHANGS PLEASE GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL RECIPE. NOT SURE IF THIS IS A MONEY SAVINGS EFFORT BUT PLEASE STICK WITH THE ORIGINAL RECIPE. Also the chicken pad Thai didn’t taste the same either….
