About P.F. Chang's
P.F. Chang's is a Chinese restaurant located at 901 S Miami Ave Suite 104 Ste 104, Miami, FL 33131, USA. You can contact them at (305) 358-0732 or +1 305-358-0732.
Situated in the Brickell area, close to the Brickell City Centre shopping mall, P.F. Chang's offers both indoor and outdoor seating options for its customers. According to one diner's experience on a Thursday afternoon, the restaurant was not crowded, providing a wide selection of tables to choose from on the outdoor terrace.
The restaurant features a comprehensive menu with a variety of food options. They also have a Happy Hour menu, primarily consisting of appetizers with prices starting around $7. While one customer found the regular menu prices to be reasonable, with many items around $20, their experience with the Orange Chicken ($19 + $4.60 for noodle substitution) was disappointing, citing issues with the taste and presentation compared to more affordable fast-food alternatives. However, another customer who visited for a birthday dinner had a great experience, praising the delicious food, vegetarian options, flavorful dishes cooked perfectly, and the friendly staff, noting a nice atmosphere.
Regarding service, one review mentioned slow service for water and the bill, and the outdoor area became significantly busy with only one waiter. On a positive note, the restaurant was observed to be clean, and importantly, it does not automatically include a service fee in the bill, allowing customers to tip according to their satisfaction.
In summary, P.F. Chang's offers a convenient location in Brickell with indoor and outdoor seating and a diverse menu. While experiences may vary, some customers have enjoyed the food and atmosphere, particularly highlighting vegetarian options and a pleasant dining experience. However, it's advisable to consider recent reviews regarding specific dishes and service quality when planning your visit.

Customer Reviews
My first experience at this restaurant was bad. The place is located in the Brickell area, very close to the Brickell City Centre shopping mall. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. I got in around 4 p.m. on Thursday. The restaurant was half empty, so there was no line to get a table, and I had a choice of many tables to sit at; I picked one on the outside terrace. The restaurant menu is pretty big and has a nice selection of food. Also, there was a Happy Hour menu, but it didn’t have many items on it, and all of them were appetizers. I decided to try the Orange Chicken at this place, which I love and have pretty often. Originally, this meal comes with rice, but I asked my waiter if I could switch the rice for Lo Mein noodles, and the answer was positive, but I would have to pay some extra money for that, which was okay for me because I love noodles. I got my food 15 minutes after the waiter took my order. The orange chicken and the noodles came on two different plates, which was weird. Aesthetically, it looked awful, to be honest, like some cheap fast-food Chinese place would serve food. The orange chicken appeared decent, but its taste was just so-so. The chicken was slightly dry, sounded like it was overcooked a little bit, and it did not taste sweet and orangey like it’s supposed to; I could feel a lot of salty flavor for some reason. The noodles looked very boring; no veggies or sauce were added to them (usually, Lo Mein consists of some pieces of vegetables which give them some flavor, plus some soy sauce). As a result, they had no flavor and were dry. My food was a big disappointment! Price-wise, the orange chicken costs $19, and I was charged an extra $4.60 for the noodles. Is it worth it? Absolutely not! Honestly, the orange chicken and the noodles at “Panda Express” taste a lot better and cost less than at this restaurant. But I must mention that, in general, prices for food on the menu seemed somewhat reasonable. You can find many items on the menu which cost around $20, which is not bad for Miami. And the Happy Hour menu has items for like $7. After my bad experience with the orange chicken, I regretted that I did not pick the crab wontons and the dumplings from this menu, which I almost did, and I would have spent less money on these two items. Next, I want to mention my waiter, who took a lot of time to bring my glass of water after I placed my order (it took him almost 10 minutes to come back to me with the water). Moreover, he took almost 10 minutes to bring my bill, having served a few tables around me before. Plus, he did not go and charge my card right away; he brought back my card about 6 minutes later. I need to mention here that he was the only guy serving the whole outdoor area, which got completely busy with people by the end of my meal. At that point, a second waiter should have been there to help him! From what I saw when I was inside the restaurant, the place looked nice and very clean; my table was also ideally clean when I got there. The biggest plus of this business for me was that no Service Fee was automatically included in the bill like many restaurants in Miami nowadays have, and it is very annoying! So at this place, you are welcome to tip as much as you want. Honestly, I have no wish to come back to this restaurant; it left zero clue for me to return. And I would not recommend this place to other people. But if you still decide to visit it, trust me, do not order the orange chicken with Lo Mein noodles, which will probably disappoint you like it did me.
Visited P.F. Chang’s in Miami for dinner on my birthday, and it was such a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious, great vegetarian options, everything was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly, making it a special celebration.
This is a bricked staple. Right in the center of brickell. Food was good and consistent. Service was quick. We liked the egg role that came with our lunch. Would absolutely come again in the future.
P.F. Chang’s is a culinary haven that artfully blends tradition with modern innovation. I recently had the pleasure of indulging in their fried rice with the combo protein, a dish that demonstrates the restaurant's ability to balance rich, savory flavors with impeccable technique. The rice, perfectly fried to a golden crisp, was paired with an expertly executed combination of proteins that were tender and full of depth. The harmony of textures—the slight crunch of the vegetables, the umami richness of the meats, and the subtle heat from the seasonings—was nothing short of extraordinary. Each bite was a testament to the careful craftsmanship behind their kitchen’s offerings. I left with a deep sense of satisfaction, and undoubtedly, I will return to continue exploring their expertly curated menu. P.F. Chang’s is a place where culinary artistry meets refined taste, and it is clear that they remain a leader in the realm of Asian fusion cuisine.
Pf Chang If you work around Brickell give yourself a break by heading to the long-time-standing PF Chang food chain, where you will encounter an uplifted version of the Asian 🏯traditional bites. I opted for the Mongolian 🥩steak with brown rice, which thanks to the mild sour/sweet taste is a consistent dish you will enjoy. On the other side, you will notice the salty edamame 🫛which will fill your appetite, consider it if you order their lunch menu offer which comes with either 🍜soup, 🥗salad, or a 🥟gyoza. In my case, the pork gyoza had a considerable size and had plenty of meat in it. The overall ambiance is chill and vibrant because it is Overall, a commercial casual spot if you are around the area, which interprets classic 🌏Asian items ✌🏻the American 🌎way.
