Customer Reviews
This is a wonderful experience. The food is amazing, and has its own unique Asian flare. The staff has always been top-notch and highly trained. Even though they do not mix the sauce at the table anymore, it is still awesome. That was an experience that I really liked. The servers would always mix it to your personal liking, and it was just a really cool experience that I still wish they offered. The restaurant is extremely clean, has a wonderful smell & and the ambience is absolutely phenomenal. It’s also not very noisy, and it seems to have unbelievably well placed acoustics. It’s just awesome. My recommendations are to start off with the chicken lettuce wraps. There’s just nothing like them. My favorite dishes are the Mongolian beef and the Chang spicy chicken. I also love the cashew chicken. If you go there at lunch, there’s really nice lunch specials. It’s just a wonderful place! If you are in the mood for any type of Asian food whatsoever I don’t think there’s any other place that I could recommend more. Both locations in Charlotte are top notch. I love the one located in south park and I believe it was the first one in the area. The Northlake mall location is definitely easier for me to visit rather than the South Park location, Lunch or dinner it is just phenomenal food. The atmosphere is top notch and there’s wonderful artwork on the walls that just makes the whole experience phenomenal. My kids really enjoy the desserts and they’re very well presented. One of them has lots of sparks and sparkles. I don’t know how to describe it, the kids look forward to that every time.
Nice place to hangout with family. Tried the 19.99 budget friendly 3 course meal plan. The sesame chicken was too delicious. The food served tastes yummy and would plan to visit soon.
Honestly, I was disappointed with PF Chang. It's been a few years since I been to this location and I was disappointed with the service we recieved as well as the food. While I recongnized being cost efficient is important for a restaurant the food did not have the taste or quality. My friend and I was seated and it took 10 minutes for our waiter to acknowledge us. Then the refill on our beverages was delayed we even request to bring an additional cup of water and that was declines. The egg drop soup tasted like chicken broth with vegetables in it. The crab Rangoon was chewing and the plum sauce was disgusting. Finally the chicken entree I had tasted like it was reheat no authenticity.
Our server was Ashlyn and she was so sweet! She checked on us regularly and she was knowledgeable about the menu items. The food was so hot and fresh, I even got dessert.
I ordered take out and was unfortunately very disappointed. My lo mein noodles had a burned flavor, as though they were unintentionally smoked with burnt oil. My honey chicken was bland, the extra shrimp were overly breaded and my egg roll was charred. My son’s fried rice lacked flavor. Perhaps this was a bad day but I ordered this food at 5pm on a Saturday… this should not be this bad. $68 meal and I don’t want to eat it. I’m not likely to order again.
