Not a real PfChangs like google says. It’s a to go only location with a limited menu and they struggle with that. See picture. Not sure how to “wrap up” this review just like I’m not sure how to make a lettuce wrap with tiny pieces of romaine. Take pride in your work or take that chef jacket off and just wear a tshirt to work.

Simply amazing! Food was served fast, the waiter was awesome, everything tasted great 10 out of 10, would recommend 😎

The worst food I've ever experienced: The fried rice was too salty to eat, the vegetables were undercooked, and the green bean tempura was clumped together and not properly fried. I'm amazed at the confidence to serve such a dish to customers.

Maybe because it was Valentine's night and they seemed overwhelmed. Checked in with proof of reservation, and was told they didn't have it and are you sure you have one? I showed them my text from the Wintergarden restaurant. The hostess said, well, you're not in our computer but we'll put you in except you'll have to wait between 40 to 50 minutes for your table. No apologies for the mix up or thank you for your patience. She stared at us until we moved. What an attitude. When we were finally seated, the table was barely set, with wrapped silverware on one corner. It took a while before our server came. We ordered and when the steamed dumplings came out, we had to ask for plates! And the dumplings were FROZEN in the middle. I'm not so sure Changs cooks from scratch like they claim! They did replace our appetizer and bring appetizer plates. When the Main course came out the serving dishes were set in front of us and a big bowl of rice was placed in the middle of the table. Again, no plates! (No one asked if I wanted brown rice.) So we used appetizer plates, which we'd set aside, assuming we'd get fresh, but no. The food was meh. The chicken broccoli tasted good but I could tell the broccoli wasn't cooked with my dish because it was kind of scattered on the plate in oversized chunks without any sauce on them at all. Kind of like someone remembered broccoli at the last minute. The whole experience felt like we were camping and not at a nice restaurant. So disappointed

Update June 2024: accurate times, but lower quality food - especially considering price point. They are food at accurate times now (was issue last year). The food quality has degraded a bit. Their fried rice is just white rice that they squirt brown liquid on after plating..... when spooning fried rice into a container, I found several clumps of white rice... see photo. (No one has white rice in thier order....) Rice a bit mush, and they don't use egg anymore in fried rice. They used to use peanuts in the Kung pao... but now use chopped peanut sprinkle (less/lower quality). Great to go Chinese food. Family meals are good.
