P.F. Chang's

We ordered several dishes for takeout and it was the worst food we had ever tasted. First of all it was cold. Secondly, it tasted terrible. I don’t even think it was edible. The eggroll looked like it was double fried probably three times. I phoned and was told I would get a call back by a supervisor to give me a refund and never heard back from anybody. Absolutely disgusting food never again what a shame. Everything is fried deep fried and taste old and gooey. I’m not sure of every location but the one located at the Gulf Coast Fort Myers , Florida is terrible.

The appetizer was already half eaten when the photo was taken. You can tell by how much food the other dishes had from the beginning. The food was great and plenty of it. The waiter put up with all of the fun I had with him as it wasn't busy at the time. That was our first time going there and really liked it. I wished we lived closer so we could go more often, but definitely will be going again. I enjoyed it enough to tell the manager so.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at P.F. Chang’s, and I have to say, the experience exceeded my expectations. I ordered the wings and fried rice, which were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. My girl went with the beef and broccoli, and the combination of tender beef and crisp, fresh broccoli in that savory sauce was incredible. My boy chose the teriyaki chicken, which was flavorful, juicy, and paired beautifully with the accompanying rice. The service was also outstanding—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a nice meal. Overall, the food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the entire dining experience was memorable. We’ll definitely be returning for another visit soon!

The food was really good, great service as well from server Ashley. Enjoyed the lettuce wrap appetizer. The orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and Mongolian beef was great.

Made reservations for a family birthday party of 5. After being seated and ordered appetizers, we had to ask for silverware for everyone. Had to ask once again for utensils when dessert was served. Our table was right by the kitchen door. Very loud. There was one male server (not ours), that was extremely loud when talking with other servers. It’s the little things for me when enjoying a night out from cooking. I was hoping for not having to ask for basic stuff like utensils; especially when the reservation was very early and table was supposedly ready for us. However, the birthday dessert was complimentary which was appreciated and nicely presented.
