Best customer service I've experienced in years. The food was amazing as always. Loved the dumplings and always recommend the lettuce wraps. We had the sesame chicken and the Mongolian beef. Both entrees were delicious and more than we could eat. I enjoyed a sushi roll and we had green tea for the table. My table mate could not handle the tiniest of spice in the dumplings and Leyda noticed and offered to replace them. I suggested just rinsing them off But they went above and beyond to replace them plus other things. Even the chef came out and gave us something. The manager came around to make sure everything was going well with our meal. I love the ambience and the drinks and I'm blown away by their hospitality. I highly recommend This PF Chang's at Grandscape.

Outstanding Service from David at P.F. Chang’s! I had the absolute pleasure of being served by David at P.F. Chang’s, and I can confidently say that he is the kind of employee every restaurant dreams of having. From the moment we were seated, David’s warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for an incredible dining experience. His attentiveness was unmatched—he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, making sure our drinks were always full and that every dish arrived perfectly timed. Not only was he knowledgeable about the menu, but he also made excellent recommendations that elevated our meal. His enthusiasm and passion for great service were evident in every interaction, making us feel like VIP guests. Beyond his impeccable service, David handled our table with professionalism and efficiency, even during the busiest hours. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Employees like David don’t just contribute to a restaurant’s success—they define it. P.F. Chang’s is incredibly lucky to have someone of his caliber, and I sincerely hope management recognizes his hard work with a well-deserved raise. David isn’t just a great server—he’s an essential part of what makes this restaurant exceptional. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for David every time!

I want to start off by saying the food was great. It was delicious and fresh/quick on kitchen turnover. The food runners, two different ones, were both very friendly and courteous. Walking in the hostess didn’t say anything to us. We had to ask if bar seating was available/walk in. And when we left she didn’t eat a word. The bar area was not clean. It wasn’t even busy. There was one other group sitting at the bar. The bartender was sub par. There was sticky residue on both sides of the bar. Taking a wet rag to it would work wonders. Bartender was too busy chit chatting with the manager to do her job and check on us. We asked her about their happy hour specials after being there for 30 minutes with our orders taken and she put the happy hour menu on the bar top and walked off. Coming back 10 minutes later to see if we needed anything off of it. It just seemed like we were bothering her while she worked. We ate our food, paid our bill and left. Will not be returning to this location.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to P.F.Chang’s. I found a long plastic piece in my chicken wraps which is completely unacceptable. While the manager did apologize and waived the charge it doesn’t excuse the lack of attention to food quality. Overall the food was below expectations and this experience had made me question their standards and I wont be returning anytime soon.

We were seated. Waitress says give me a minute I'll be right back. No worries. She comes back to take our drink orders. We want to order drinks and appetizers and our son's food. That was apparently too much for her so we were told hang on please wait to order food so I can go put this order In. We didn't even finish our appetizer order. She comes back with our drinks. We were trying to order the rest of our appetizer but figured let's just order our food. We were told again . Please wait let me come back to get your order. She comes back we ask if we could just get our check. They bring our son's food and one appetizer since she didn't even finish taking the appetizer order. We said this is fine but we would still like our check and we will not be ordering more food. 20 min later to get our check. We did mention to the manager why we're leaving and he said thank you he will talk to her. Everyone has bad days but to be told twice we can't place our food order was just unacceptable.
