Food was good (sweet and sour chicken), but the service sucked. I firmly believe it was because I only put a 5% tip too. I was even reluctant to do that much since I ordered from the self service “To Go” kiosk. I did everything myself, even grabbing my own beverage. After exactly 30 mins, I had to ask where my food was. Two servers blew me off and didn’t want to help and the third one finally said ask the front hostess. A front host walked to the back and immediately brought the bag of food out. No telling how long it had been sitting there. Again, food was good, but if you order to go, be aware to start asking after 15-20 mins.

I loved the lettuce wraps with chicken and the crispy green beans, prepared to perfection. There is a self-check out to order and carry out or for the items in the open cooler. The trademark Terracotta horse, smaller here at the airport than at the city versions of PF Chang's, gives a historic Chinese flare. The framed story tells the brief version of the discovery of thousands of terracotta warriors and horses, each one unique. Enjoy the history, the horse, and the food.

Lovely service from the moment I arrived. The server answered all my questions and looked after me throughout. He saw when I had finished my sprite and got me another after checking i wanted one. I had the Mongolian Beef and it was memorable. The beef trips were so tender and packed full of flavour. Food came out fast too. Rice was nicely cooked. I had the new york cheesecake and it was delicious. The presentation was as good as the taste. Overall the best meal I'd had in Tampa throughout my trip and I wasn't expecting that. Lastly, I could pay the check via a QR code on my phone adding convenience and speed. Highly recommend it.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews, however, the food at PF Changs has significantly gone downhill. The Crispy Green Beans had no taste and the Dynamite Shrimp was ok. These two dishes were not worth USD 25. Nonetheless, the service was great but that’s all I could say that was good from this experience.
