The Mongolian Beef was overcooked, very dry and hard. My beverage was supposed to be Mango, it was plain unsweetened. Order wasn't ready when I got there, and the restaurant wasn't crowed it was only 4 people seated in the entire restaurant. The hostess wasn't present. So maybe they rushed the preparation. They are lacking in everything

Felt neglected and mistreated when ither tables celebrating birthday received sparkles bubbles and a song and us being AFRICAN AMERICANS only got a cold piece af cake and asked if we want it to go. Food was not good and they kept bringing out the wrong order.

I ate at Chang's in Des Moines, Iowa. I was disappointed. First, I had an email for $15 off but the email did not state a minimum purchase. I was told the minimum purchase is $60 and that it is in the small print. But, it wasn't so the manager honored it with no minimum purchase. I ordered the cauliflower appetizer. It was crunchy, not cooked long enough. I was told that Chang's has started cooking the veggies less. The flavor was good. The texture was not. I go to Chang's specifically for the vegetarian eggplant. In my opinion it is the best thing on their menu. However, they took it off the menu. After a big discussion about the $15 off at the start of my visit, my check came without the discount. The waitress fixed it. My main course was Sesame Beef. It was good. In the end, my bill came to only $8 because they also took off the cauliflower, even though I didn't request it to be removed from my bill. It was not the relaxing "treat myself" experience that I anticipated. But the manager made up for it by honoring the discount. However, I would rather pay more for a better experience. I won't rush back. There are many other options where I might have a smoother or better experience.

The Mongolian beef was hard and over cooked. Then I had to wait an hour total for the original and remake. The first one was hot second one was almost just like the first one but it was like they just waited for a while and gave it back to me. This location is in Brandon Fl at Brandon Mall.

This company is a joke. They do NOT pay you correctly or on time. It’s an embarrassment on their end. I worked there for not even 2 months and they cannot get my pay situated and together. It’s been 5 going on 6 months with them. DO NOT WORK HERE. I have been talking with the payroll manager Estrella and she’s been absolutely no help, and also laughed at me over the phone saying that they didn’t owe me money in which is a lie. My pay stubs I thought were going to be situated and I received a check from them in which it is STILL INCORRECT. they do not care about their employees at all. Also, during my time there they watched your beverage sales. If you are ordering water you are actively getting your servers fired from here. They made you sell 2 drinks per guest. If you came in and are a 2 top and order water, that means we’d have to find a table that will order 4 drinks per guest… think about if a larger party only got water… they also came up with the chefs feast which includes a full course meal for 18.99-24$. The crowd that is going to now be coming to the restaurant will not be ordering a ton of drinks. It’s a wanna-be finer dining place but is literally Chinese Applebees. The staff literally makes jokes about it. They are constantly giving away free items and making us hand out the cards for it. The tips % that show up on the receipt are half the time not correct and is actually lower than what is advertised. If you’re a server or looking to become a server here HIGHLY ADVISE NOT WORKING HERE. They give you a pay card. I did not receive one in my first 2 weeks, and so they decided to pay me as “tips paid” that is 6.40$ an hour. Where are the tips I made? I wouldn't advise working here or spending your money here.
