About P.F. Chang's

P.F. Chang's is a Chinese restaurant conveniently situated inside Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, specifically in Terminal 2, E Gates, Arlington, VA 22202, USA. This location caters to travelers seeking a dining option before or after their flights.

According to one customer, the ambiance of this P.F. Chang's is welcoming and suitable for travelers looking to relax. The service was described as prompt and friendly. This customer particularly enjoyed the signature lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef, highlighting their flavorful taste and recommending the restaurant for a convenient and delightful meal at the airport.

However, other reviews offer a more mixed perspective. One comment suggests that the general perception of the P.F. Chang's chain might be more positive in memory than in current reality. Specific dishes received varied feedback. The northern ribs were praised as meaty and flavorful, making them a recommended item.

On the other hand, the green beans were criticized for being overcooked and having a noticeable high sodium content, leading one customer to not recommend them. The lettuce wraps, a signature dish, were also a point of disappointment for another reviewer. While the lettuce was fresh, the chicken filling was described as having excessive salt and sugar, resulting in an unenjoyable flavor profile.

As a Chinese restaurant located within a busy airport terminal, P.F. Chang's offers a readily accessible dining option for travelers. Customer experiences regarding food quality appear to be varied, with some dishes receiving positive feedback while others have been criticized for preparation and flavor balance.

The memories of this chain are always more fond than the reality. The northern ribs were very good, meaty and flavorful. This is an item I would order again. The green beans were overcooked making them too soft and the sodium content was readily apparent in the flavor. Not something I would order again given this result. The lettuce were the biggest disappointment. While the lettuce was fresh, the chicken was a huge disappointment. The sodium once again, very apparent, as was the sugar content. Way too much salt and sugar making the overall flavor profile not very enjoyable.

The whole staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is roomy and clean. This is an airport P.F. Chang's, the food quality is sub-par compared to my local restaurant. My chicken lo mein lacked a certain freshness and was very bland. I had some indigestion. We also ordered the chicken pad Thai, even tho they were out of the pad Thai sauce. They offered to substitute it with the lo mein sauce. We were told that we would not be able to return the dish if it wasn't to our liking. We took our chance and it was OK. Reasonable prices for large portions.

Delicious food and fast attentive service here. For solo travelers they have high top seats with outlets and plenty of room to setup a laptop to catch up on work. A little pricey but not crazy for the town or quality of dishes.

I come to this restaurant every time I fly from DCA, which is almost once a month, and I love it. The funny thing about this occasion was that my flight was delayed, affecting my connection and arrival time by 4 hours. No, that's not the funny part... I thought it was funny that the first thing I thought after learning about my delayed flight was that I would spend more time eating my usual Mongolian beef hash for breakfast at PF Chang's🤪. It is best to look at the bright side of any adverse situation 😆 don't you think!?
