P.F. Chang's

We came to P.F. Chang’s for lunch on Saturday with a reservation. The restaurant wasn’t too busy and our table was ready. The staff were all very friendly and diligent. We’ve visited locations in other cities so the atmosphere was familiar. We had several cocktails along with appetizers and main dishes. Overall the food was very good and tasty for Asian inspired cuisine. The portions were shareable and they provide you with takeout containers if you’re not able to finish the food. The drinks were also quite nice.

Hai, is an attentive server with great attention to detail, professional, courteous, upbeat and outgoing. He offers great menus selections; returned to check on us, see if we had any questions, and made the birthday experience a pleasant memorable one.

Great service, food was amazing, super delicious. Our server Michael H. Was very attentive and on point with everything our food was delivered hot and he explained the menu very well.. thanks for the great service.

We had an amazing New Year's dinner at P.F. Chang's in Orlando! The atmosphere was warm and festive, perfect for celebrating the holiday. We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki and Fried Green Beans, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The Chicken Teriyaki was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and served with just the right amount of sauce. The Fried Green Beans were crispy, fresh, and made the perfect appetizer. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening. We’ll definitely be coming back for another memorable dining experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and service!

I’ve been going to this restaurant the last 4 yrs for my birthday. I’ve always had a great experience. The food is decent . But the service has always been better . Today for my birthday, was horrible. Our waitress spent a total of 10 minutes with Us the whole service. She brought out half our order. We had to wait for the table across from us to be served in order for us to receive our food . Which was cold from sitting . The 1st 2 pictures is how she set up our ribs . The last two pictures are what they looked like when You turned them over . The rice was cold & hadn’t been completely fried . And my Momz noodles were cold . Now every year the waitress we’d get would bring me out a birthday slice of cake . & a drink . SMH this year Nothing. But because my elderly Mom was with me , I swallowed her low volume disrespect. The bad tasteless food . Which we both ended up throwing in the garbage where it belonged . There is a silver lining to this all . The bar tender who made my drink was amazing. We gave the waitress a $10.00 tip & told her to please give the bar tender $5.00 of it . They did not have a lot of thing . No shrimp & lobster sauce . Seem like every thing we wanted she said it’s no longer on the menu ( she offered of a chicken menu ) said PFChangs have changed their menu. I’m it’s funny . As I sit here & write my experience, my heart aches . I’m realizing all the racial overtones of the situation. Now I’m angry I spent my money there. I’m angry I didn’t speak up . I’m angry I allowed my Mom to sit & experience this . What a mother won’t do for her child . No matter how old that kid is . Shame on You . Do better !!!!
