P.F. Chang's

I recently visited PF Chang's, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean, quiet, and had a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed dining experience. Our server, Summer, was exceptional—very informative and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. However, while the service and ambiance were top-notch, the food was a bit of a mixed bag. Most of the dishes were quite good, but I noticed that some of the flavors, especially in the teriyaki chicken, were overwhelmingly sweet. Having visited other PF Chang's locations, I could tell that the sweetness was a bit more excessive than usual. I would recommend steering clear of the teriyaki chicken if you’re not a fan of overly sweet dishes. Aside from that, the rest of the meal was enjoyable, and I would certainly recommend the restaurant to others—just with a note to perhaps choose dishes with more balanced flavors.

Jasmine was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. The food was delicious and beautifully served, especially the lettuce wraps! She ensured we had everything we needed, making our experience fantastic. Ask for Jasmine, she’s the best!

12/21/24 We had an amazing lunch at P.F. Chang’s and an even better time enjoying it with family! The restaurant was clean, inviting, and brighter than other locations we’ve visited, which was a refreshing change. We were also excited to see they served Disaronno Amaretto, so we kicked things off with two Coke Zeros and two shots of Amaretto—such a fun and unexpected treat! For appetizers, we indulged in the pan-fried dumplings, and for our entrees, we tried the Mongolian Beef, Chang’s Spicy Chicken, Sweet Crispy Honey Chicken, and Pepper Steak. These were paired with white rice and beef fried rice. Every single dish was packed with incredible flavor, cooked to perfection, and the portions were generous enough to satisfy everyone. Our server, Isaiah, was outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our meal memorable. The service was flawless, and Isaiah’s warm demeanor made the entire experience even better. We can’t wait to return to this location—it was truly a fantastic dining experience from start to finish! Highly recommend! 12.14.24 We had a great lunch at P.F. Chang’s! The restaurant was nicely kept and surprisingly well-lit compared to other locations we’ve visited, which was a pleasant change. Brandon did an amazing job. His suggestions were phenomenal. His service was excellent. He was attentive without being overbearing and kind without being syrupy. We came in for Valentine’s Day lunch and despite it being packed Brandon was the perfect server. Thank you Brandon.

Audrey was my bartender tonight and she provided great service. When a bartender is personable it makes my dining experience even better. JP also came by and he gave me good recommendations on what I should order. Definitely get the Mongolian trio it was the best thing Ive had from here. You can just tell the service at this PF Chang’s is better than the ones in San Antonio and Austin. I’d strongly recommend.
