About P.F. Chang's
P.F. Chang's, located at 1295 Chesterfield Pkwy E, Chesterfield, MO 63017, USA, is a well-known restaurant that operates within the broader category of Chinese and Asian-inspired cuisine. It is a part of a larger chain, distinguishing itself from traditional, independently owned Chinese restaurants through its emphasis on a more upscale, contemporary dining experience. For inquiries or reservations, P.F. Chang's can be reached at (636) 532-0215 or +1 636-532-0215.
The environment at P.F. Chang's is generally characterized by a modern and inviting ambiance, designed to offer a more refined dining experience compared to typical casual Chinese eateries. Customer feedback specifically highlights a "Great ambience," suggesting an appealing decor and atmosphere that contributes positively to the overall dining experience. The restaurant typically features a full bar, providing a more comprehensive dining and social setting. Seating options often include traditional tables, booths, and bar seating, catering to various preferences, whether for a solo diner or a group. The establishment aims to create an inviting atmosphere that is suitable for a range of occasions, from casual lunches to more formal dinners, making it a popular choice for those seeking a step above fast-casual dining.
P.F. Chang's offers a diverse range of services to accommodate its clientele. Patrons have the option for dine-in service, where they can enjoy the restaurant's ambiance and full menu. Service quality can be a significant aspect of the in-person experience, with a customer specifically commending "great service by Daniel" when sitting at the bar, indicating attentive and positive staff interactions. Beyond dine-in, P.F. Chang's also provides extensive takeout and delivery options, partnering with third-party services like Uber Eats. This flexibility allows customers to enjoy their food in the comfort of their homes. However, it's worth noting that the quality of the food can sometimes differ significantly between in-restaurant dining and delivery. While a customer praised their in-restaurant experience as "good," an Uber Eats delivery was described as "cold" and "unacceptable," suggesting that delivery quality can be inconsistent, potentially due to factors beyond the restaurant's direct control once the food leaves the premises.
The features of P.F. Chang's menu typically revolve around popular Chinese and broader Asian-inspired dishes, often presented with a contemporary American twist. Among the notable features are appetizers like the "Dynamite sushi rolls," which a customer found to be "delicious," showcasing the restaurant's venture beyond strictly Chinese cuisine into other Asian culinary forms. Another featured item, "Singapore street noodles," received mixed feedback, with a customer finding them "a little too spicy" for their taste but generally "good," indicating a robust flavor profile that may cater to those who enjoy a spicier kick. Classic main courses like "Mongolian Beef" and "Sesame Chicken" are staples on the menu. However, customer experiences with these popular dishes can vary, particularly with delivery, where they were described as "cold" and, in the case of crab rangoon, "fishy," with portions being "disgraceful" for the price. This feedback highlights potential issues with consistency, especially for delivery orders, where food temperature and presentation can be compromised. The availability of desserts like "key lime pie" further illustrates the restaurant's broader American dessert offerings, complementing its Asian-inspired main courses and appetizers. The menu is designed to appeal to a wide range of tastes, offering both traditional Chinese dishes and more adventurous or fusion options.
Regarding promotional information, P.F. Chang's, as a national chain, often engages in various marketing strategies and promotions, although specific details are not provided in the given reviews. Typically, such establishments might offer:
- Seasonal menu items or limited-time offers to introduce new flavors or celebrate holidays.
- Happy hour specials on drinks and appetizers, often promoted during off-peak hours to attract a wider clientele.
- Loyalty programs or rewards for frequent diners, encouraging repeat visits.
- Online ordering promotions or discounts for first-time delivery users through their website or partnered platforms.
- Special event hosting capabilities, such as private dining areas for gatherings or corporate events.
In conclusion, P.F. Chang's in Chesterfield, MO, positions itself as a contemporary Chinese and Asian-inspired restaurant offering a more elevated dining experience. Its environment is designed to be inviting and ambient, suitable for various occasions. Services include both in-restaurant dining, often complimented for its service, and convenient delivery options, though the quality of delivery orders can be inconsistent. The menu features a mix of popular Chinese dishes, sushi, and American desserts. While it aims to provide a consistent brand experience, customer feedback suggests that the quality of food, particularly for delivery, can vary. Despite potential inconsistencies, its established brand, diverse menu, and appealing ambiance continue to draw customers seeking a modern take on Asian cuisine.

Customer Reviews
I had the Dynamite sushi rolls and they were delicious, then I moved into the Singapore street noddles, ordered the standard ones and I found them a little too spicy for my taste, but good. The service by Daniel was great! I sat at the bar. I will definitely come back again to this location. Great ambience and service! I also had a glass of wine and the key lime pie.
Absolutely the most vile Ubereats delivery ever. The Mongolian Beef and the Sesame Chicken were cold and the Crab Rangoon was fishy. The portions of beef and chicken for the $20+ price tag each were disgraceful. The Uber delivery was quick, less than 13 minutes, but the food quality was unacceptable. My wife ate the Sesame Chicken, but I trashed the Mongolian Beef and warmed up a can of Chef Boy R Dee Ravioli (I bought it last week as a taste of my past. Hadn't had a can in 30 years) and it was better than this delivery PF Chang. I've eaten in this restaurant, and it was good. This sucked.
PF Chang's in Chesterfield was my lunch stop on my long needed staycation. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The host was nice and offered to sit me at the bar because I was alone, I declined. I day in a smaller booth, which was cozy. My waitress was attentive and nice. I was trying to order the lunch special, but you can only get it during the week. So, I ended up with more food than I could eat. I hadn't been to PF Chang's in a long time, so I couldn't remember what I liked. I got Orange Chicken with Fried Rice and Lo Mein. I also got the Dynamite Shrimp as an Appetizer. They were spicy but ok. I wish I had tried the Pot Stickers. I don't drink, and I hadn't had breakfast, so coffee it was. Overall, I had a great experience.
Emily provided truly exceptional service! Her warm smile, attentive nature, and genuine care made our dining experience unforgettable. 5 stars isn’t enough - she deserves 10!
It took me a while to get to PF Chang as I read some note so positive reviews. But as it always happens, someone just had bad day. Our experience was great starting with 45 min in advance online reservation. I’m glad we did, as restaurant got busy after 5 pm on Saturday. Plenty of parking on the lot. Waiting area inside and PF Chang dining room. Full bar and renewed menu. Their staple - ribs for appetizer were delicious. Kids enjoyed shrimp and chicken from kids menu. Peach boba drink was refreshing. Ice cream for kids and amazing desert options. Joseph was very knowledgeable and helpful, while serving multiple tables at the same time.
