We recently dined at PFchang and I must say, the experience was exceptional. i would like to site an incident where my 3-year-old son accidentally broke a glass. As a parent, I was initially embarrassed and concerned about how the staff would react. However, their response was nothing short of amazing. The management and staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They quickly reassured us that accidents happen, cleaned up the mess promptly, and even made sure my son felt comfortable and safe throughout. Their professionalism and warm attitude turned what could have been an awkward moment into a reminder of how much they care about their guests. The food and ambiance were fantastic, but the way the staff handled this situation truly set them apart. It’s rare to find such compassionate and thoughtful service these days. I wholeheartedly recommend to visit this place and would give them 5 stars for their excellent service and hospitality. We will definitely be returning soon! Thank you for making our experience so memorable.

On a recent weekday evening, we visited this restaurant for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were seated, despite arriving during what is typically a busy time. The atmosphere was relaxed, with a decent crowd for a casual dining experience. Our server, Tim, truly enhanced the experience. He was both personable and knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations when asked. We opted for the Vegetable Spring Rolls, Chang’s Spicy Chicken, and Vegetable Fried Rice, paired with a Rising Dragon Cocktail—a margarita featuring tequila, pomegranate, lime, agave, and a touch of black lava salt. The cocktail was perfectly balanced and really well made. The food arrived promptly, and the portion sizes were generous. The Vegetable Spring Rolls were crispy and flavorful. The Chang’s Spicy Chicken—while delicious—was a bit sweeter than expected, lacking the "spicy" kick. However, Tim quickly remedied this by bringing us some chili oil and hot sauce, which added the perfect heat. The Vegetable Fried Rice was tasty but leaned slightly on the bland side; a bit more spice or seasoning could have elevated the dish. We finished the meal with a Chocolate Soufflé for dessert, which was a decadent and rich ending to the evening. Overall, the combination of delicious food, a laid-back ambience, and stellar service from Tim made this visit thoroughly enjoyable.

Really nice restaurant. It was my first time and the service rendered was on point. I tried the orange chicken, which i think is an acquired taste. My mom had the crispy honey chicken and i enjoyed that one more. The food was fresh and the wait time wasn't bad at all. Prices were not too bad. I'd definitely go back there to try more from the menu!

Google Maps base description of this restaurant is Chinese, it's Asian Fusion. I went here expecting Chinese. I started with the sweet and sour soup..., it was outstanding, great broth, spices, heat, spice, sweet, great broth.., chicken, tofu, onion, garlic, chives, perfect. For my lunch special main course I got the Mongolian Beef with fried rice. Hot sauces available were saracha hot sauce, some paste hot stuff, and chili oil or something like that, bad choices. Asian needs to many more hot sauce options. No duck sauce, only sweet and sour. The fried rice was mushy, the Mongolian beef was good, however, described as a saucy beef, more like burnt ends. I liked it ok. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Obsessed with PF Chang’s. Been coming since I was in elementary school with my family as they have some of the most amazing gluten free apps/entrees people with celiac could ever imagine. The egg drop soup is to die for and the Chang’s spicy chicken has a sweet sauce with just enough spice. My partner loves the pad thai as well saying it’s slightly sweet with a classic pad thai flavor. I will forever miss the gluten free chocolate dome dessert with the berry sauce, but they still have GREAT options and I will be coming back many more times in the future. Love this place. 15/10.
