(Images are what I received vs. what I was supposed to get.) Don’t order Mongolian beef through a food delivery app. They will send you extremely dry and chewy meat without any sauce. ZERO sauce. Awful experience with this PF Chang’s.

The location is perfect at Brandons Westfield Mall. The service from the host and staff is phenomenal! I ordered the Lettuce 🥬 Wrap’s, Crab Rangoon , Lo Mein and Beef Fried Rice and Mongolian Beef. The food is fulfilling. ORDER THE RIBS. ORDER THE RIBS. The Dragon Tequila drink is strong on the palette, The Banana Spring Roll Dessert with Fresh Pineapple Ice Cream is refreshingly delicious. Entire dining experience : 8.9/10 , very good.

I recently picked up take out for dinner from the Brandon Mall PF Chang's. It was my first time trying PF Chang's and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered wonton soups, crab wontons and pan fried pork dumplings online, to be ready an hour from the time of my order. I arrived on time and had to wait 30 minutes for my order. Which I don't understand considering I ordered my food an hour in advance. Things only went downhill from there. The wonton soup looked nothing like the menu picture and the taste was just as unappetizing as the appearance. The crab wontons tasted so terrible I couldn't eat them, and threw them away. The pork dumplings were edible but not good. I've had better Chinese food from China One in Brandon, for half the cost. And much better service. I have no plans to ever go back again. They are over rated and over priced.

The broccoli was cold in the beef dish and the portion sizes shrunk so much over the years. The large wonton bowl can only feed two now it used to be a very larhw bowl and fed 5 or so. The happy hour drinks prices are good but $25 for Mongolian beef that is not family style anymore is not so good. Most of the issues I’m talking about are out of their control and due to the ceo who left. The service was really good but it just didn’t feel as classy being inside a mall and the menu is very expensive you are looking at $50 per person minimum. The side lo mein was plane and was like spaghetti with sauce on it.
