P.F. Chang's

Food and service for black friday was very good. Atmosphere ...the small ledge at our table was very dusty and hadn't been cleaned in awhile the bathrooms definitely needed attention. Purse ledge in the stall I went into was broken or tilted if it was supposed to be that way I'm not sure? But our server was wonderful and very busy which was understandable. We came up for an apt i had to go to and wanted to stretch our legs and eat quick before driving home and it was a pleasant change of venue.

Phoebe was a very nice waitress and she did great service. The locations was very beautiful but could have more cleanliness. Especially the seats and menu cards. The food was great. Much and delicious. We would have loved the eggplant dish but it was discontinued. Sad but understandable if it was not a fav in this restaurant. Thanks for having us.

I was curious about PF Chang's because it's such an iconic American-Asian restaurant. In this case, curiosity killed the cat. We ordered the Thai Peanut Salad, Dynamite Shrimp, Singapore Street Noodles. I went in knowing that this was obviously not going to compare to traditional Chinese cuisine. American-Chinese cuisine might be a little more sweet and crispy which is to be expected but I was truly taken aback by this experience. We started off with the Thai Peanut Salad - it was sweet but the taste of peanuts helped to balance the flavours of the dish. It was what you would expect from a salad inspired by Asian flavours. Next, the Dynamite Shrimp became increasingly difficult to eat as each bite was overwhelmingly sweet. There was a light batter on the shrimp and they were deveined but that could not counter the sweet flavour of the sriracha mayo. Next, we went completely downhill with the Singapore Street Noodles. I have never tasted this combination of flavours - a sharp tangy sourness clashing with an overly sweet profile, followed by the light after taste of curry. Overall, I don't regret trying this unique take on Asian-inspired dishes at Paul Fleming Chang's but won't be returning.

Pam was our server and she was exceptionally great. Fast, efficient, kind and recommended great choices. Thank you for making our first P.F CHANG experience so perfect. We had lettuce wraps, which we inhaled and nearly licked the whole plate. Fried and battered green beans, dynamite roll, orange chicken and a yummy lime strawberry refresher bill was $74.00. We loved it thanks again! Your friends from Canada 🇨🇦 😊

Our first time at PF Chang’s and James, our server, was amazing. He recommended food that was really good. He was fast, very efficient and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our meal and the visit. The lettiuce wrap was really delicious, so was the crab wanton and the salad and soups and the entrees that we ordered. We are definitely coming back again if we’re back in Buffalo.
