P.F. Chang's

I ate at the PF Chang’s at Planet Hollywood. I haven’t been to one in years and have always had just an okay experience. Tonight was absolutely delicious. I had hot & sour soup and the new orange chicken dish. Also, my waiter, Feisar, was so kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

I was here a year ago when I stayed at Planet Hollywood. Truth be told, I found the service to be lacking then. But during this trip, I went out of my way to eat here again even though I was at another hotel. I am so glad I did. From the hotesses to the bartenders/ servers, to the food runners and the manager on duty checking in on me, the service this time was above and beyond anything I had expected. The food was fantastic as usual and as expected. This time I had the pan fried dumplings (double yum) and crispy honey chicken (double yum) with fried rice (yum). It was happy hour so the margaritas were $5 and dumplings only $10. Great value and tasty food. I will definitely be back on future trips!

Our food was amazing. Our waiter Denis recommended the pan fried dumplings and they were so good. Denis was also very helpful with all of our questions.

My husband and I had the best experience with our server Teddy! He went above and beyond to make sure our food met our dietary restrictions (we are vegan) and even gave us a list of vegan restaurants to try in the area. Because of his kindness and consideration, we had an incredible meal and enjoyed every bite. If there is an award for phenomenal work, Teddy deserves it! Would definitely come back here again.

I'm not much for chain restaurants and in my reviewing history, I don't believe I've ever submitted one. However, I am a sucker for P.F. Chang's Asian fusion genre. I can understand how folks get a bit critical of their style, that it's not real Chinese food. Well, it's not meant to be that. It's been years since I'd been to one and the Lettuce Chicken Wrap was as good as I remember and it's no surprise it's their best seller. We also ordered the Mongolian Beef along with the Walnut Shrimp dish and they were spectacular. Don't go into P.F. Chang's expecting Chinese authenticity, go in there with an open mind, tailored for the American palate and geared for non-ethnic taste profile and you'll be good to go.
