If I could leave zero stars I would. Went to the galleria location and was rather satisfied went to the one on Westheimer today and I’m not surprised that no one was in there. The lo mein is so dry and tasteless almost taste freezer burnt or something. Veggie wrap lettuce wrap was pathetic…they even gave me salad dressing for the wraps and not the original sauce it comes with and most of it was tofu and my husband hates tofu so didn’t even eat it. Tofu is not fresh no way it is super dried out stuck together and everything. So disappointing for the price of what I paid I would expect much better quality of food. The only thing I would give 4 stars too is the people that greeted me on the way in to get my to go order. I won’t be returning…

I am very picky with American Chinese food, but my visit to PF Chang’s last week was rather enjoyable. The food was good (I could drink the sweet chili dipping sauce!) and the service was great, especially from my waitress, Chelsea! She was able to offer suggestions for my visit last week and for my next visit in the future.

P F Chang's is a gem with a fantastic atmosphere that sets the stage for a delightful dining experience. The staff exudes warmth, making you feel right at home from the moment you step in. Their service is top-notch, always going the extra mile to ensure your visit is nothing short of perfect. Not to mention, their sweet tea is a must-try, and the chicken lettuce wraps are simply divine. P F Chang's gets a big thumbs up me! Props go to John and James for their great service as well.

Stopped by for Happy Hour and we had a great time! Alexis was bartending and not only kept us in drinks, but also kept us engaged with delightful banter and conversation. John, the manager recommended food choices that were over the top good. Great time and highly recommended! Will be back soon!
