Customer reviews of One Noodle Bar - West Jordan present a mixed experience. One customer who ordered the 'Rich Rich' ramen reported that the noodles were undercooked and experienced illness the following day. While the restaurant was quiet, leading to quick food delivery, appetizers were a point of contrast. The pork buns were exceptionally well-received, prompting a second order. However, the calamari was described as inedible, containing plastic bands, and deemed unfit even for animal consumption. The same customer mentioned their husband enjoyed his ramen and would be willing to try other options on a return visit, noting the overall food quality as okay but expressing disappointment over the discontinuation of poké.

Another review from a ramen enthusiast described the ramen flavors as quite standard, neither particularly impressive nor bad. The original tonkotsu ramen was highlighted as the most recommended option.

Environment: One customer noted that the restaurant was empty during their visit, suggesting a potentially quiet atmosphere at certain times. No other specific details about the ambiance or decor are provided in the reviews.

Services: The service was quick during one customer's visit due to the lack of other patrons. The staff also accommodated a second order of pork buns. However, there is no other information available regarding the general service experience.

Features: One Noodle Bar's primary feature is its ramen selection. The 'Rich Rich' ramen and the original tonkotsu ramen are specifically mentioned. The pork buns are a standout appetizer, described as "soooo good." However, the calamari was a significant negative, deemed inedible due to quality issues and the presence of plastic. The ramen flavors are generally perceived as standard.

Promotional Information: The provided reviews do not contain any specific promotional information. However, the positive feedback on the pork buns might encourage customers to try them. For ramen lovers in West Jordan, One Noodle Bar offers a convenient option, with the original tonkotsu ramen being a suggested starting point. Potential customers should be aware of the reported inconsistencies in food quality, particularly regarding the undercooked noodles and inedible calamari experienced by one reviewer.

Got the ‘Rich Rich’ ramen and it was okay but my noodles were undercooked and I was a bit sick the next day. It was just my husband and I in the whole restaurant so we got our food pretty quickly. We got calamari and pork buns for our appetizers and the buns were soooo good that we ordered a second plate of them ! The calamari was inedible, however, and there was some sort of plastic band in each of them. I love calamari and this was something I didn’t feel comfortable even feeding my chickens. We each ate one piece and didn’t touch it the rest of the meal.. Can’t remember what ramen my husband ordered but he liked it and would try something else when we go again. The food was okay overall but I wish they still did the poké.

My boyfriend is a ramen enthusiast, and we try ramen wherever we go. The flavors here are quite standard—not particularly impressive, but not bad either. The original tonkotsu ramen is still the most recommended option.

This was the first time I had been here. I tried it because I was craving chinese noodles. The gyosas were good the pan fried noodles were good. But what impressed me the most was. I ordered the pork and cashew noodles. When I got home, I was eating my noodles and realized it was beef I got instead of pork. I called One Noodle Bar and explained everything, I was only asked to describe the color of the meet. I got an apology and replacement noodle dish right away. This was great service, and I'll go back for sure. In the photo, the lighter meets is pork, and the darker is beef. Sadly, the beef was a tad dry.

I really like this place, good ramen, very quick plase to stop by. However, it was not a good experience today. I tried to get there for something to eat, arrived 15 minutes before closing hours, and everything was off. Staff was smoking outside, waiting for idk what if they already had close everything early. If this helps management to know who it was, they left in a white tesla.

Great noodle 🍜 bar. Potstickers/gyoza are good. Spicy duck was yummy😋.
