Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

As a tradition my wife and I have gone to Olive Garden better our birthdays every year. This year was no exception to their outstanding service, food, and atmosphere. They continue to impress with their food quality, and even go above and beyond to make our special and favorite drink (one that was on their menu 20 years ago but not for the last 15 (Vanilla Italian Cream Soda). We always leave happy and full! I would recommend them no matter what the occasion.

Gavin was an amazing server! He was so nice, adorable, and quick. 10/10 experience, food was great and I totally recommend the green apple moscato (tastes like a green jolly rancher) and berry sangria.. all super delicious

After walking out month ago, we decided to give Olive Garden another chance. Last month was zero service, got drinks after 20 minutes then no one ever took our food order. This trip, service was slow and the server didn't bring my mixed drink until 30 minutes after seating. It took another 20 minutes to get the salad. He disappeared for long periods of time and my husband's soda ran dry. Food took a while but they were busy. We ordered entrees to go and he totally messed up that order and had to fix it. You could tell he was nervous. He refilled our salad, but forgot to bring freshly ground cheese. Just all in all bad service. I don't think we'll be back. Two bad experiences left a very negative impression. It's sad because we have always enjoyed Olive Garden in the past. They just haven't been the same since the COVID shut downs.

We went for an early dinner, my husband, 1 year old and I. We had Chas for our waitress. She was absolutely AMAZING. The food was great and came out so fast. She gave us to go bowls of soup and cups for our drinks to take (we didn't even ask her for this). Top notch service and excellent food. 10/10. We have been to this location 5 times in the last 6 months and it has been consistently great every time, but this experience definitely stood out the most. Thank you Chas!

We had my daughters 17th birthday dinner here this past Thursday, and the service was exceptional! For a party of 21, we were assigned 2 male waiters, & they were both top tier! I wish I remembered their names so I could call in to give them compliments! The food was delicious and fresh, & they kept our glasses full. The table was ready when we got there, & they even added another table with no issue when we had more guests show up. They made this a great experience, & the younger kids are saying they can't wait to return! My only complaint was that the berry sangrias didn't have much alcohol in them at all. Overall, a great experience and I'll return for sure😁
