About Oler's Bar & Grill
Oler's Bar & Grill, located at 708 Lima Ave, Findlay, OH 45840, offers a local bar and grill experience. You can contact them at (419) 423-2846 or +1 419-423-2846.
Oler's Bar & Grill is generally known for its "great hometown bar feel," with positive feedback regarding the food and service. The fish and chips are highly recommended, described as perfectly cooked, hot, light, and flaky, with generous portions at a great price.
However, recent customer feedback indicates some inconsistencies in food quality. One review detailed a disappointing pickup order. While the phone service was friendly, the double cheeseburger was described as bland, with uneven cooking (one patty medium well, the other rare), missing condiments, and wilted lettuce. Additionally, the guacamole was reported as fizzy and sour, and the root beers were flat. Despite past positive experiences, this customer expressed significant disappointment.
It is important to note that this negative experience may represent an "off day" for the restaurant, as the reviewer had previously enjoyed positive experiences at Oler's, including a 21st birthday celebration.
In summary, Oler's Bar & Grill offers a hometown bar atmosphere with generally good food and service, but recent reviews indicate potential inconsistencies in food preparation and quality. Potential customers should be aware of these mixed reviews.

Great hometown bar feel. Food and service are spot on. Had fish and chips.... Highly recommend. Cooked to perfection, hot, light and flakey, generous portions at a great price.
So I want to start out by saying I’ve never had a bad experience AT olers, I had my 21st bday with my family there and my dad eats there all the time. With that being said, I was so disappointed tonight. I ordered pick up tonight, the woman I spoke to on the phone was super nice with me and my silly questions. My brother got a double cheeseburger cooked medium well with pickles, lettuce, ketchup, and mayo with a side of fries. His burger was bland and one patty was medium well, the other was medium rare, closer to the side of rare and he almost ate it anyway except he took a bite that was completely mush and squirted blood on his finger and there was a crunchy/hard piece of something unidentified. There was no ketchup and the lettuce was wilted and stringy. We did receive mayo but it was in a tub that I thought was my side of queso 💀 that part was my fault lmao. My burrito was good but I was so sad because my guac was fizzy and tasted sour and I LOVE their guac. Our root beers were also flat. Idk maybe it was just an off day but I was really surprised and soooo let down cuz I had the munchies and I was gonna SCARF.
We visited Oler's late on a Sunday afternoon. Service and food were both very good. I am not totally sure how they make their margaritas on the rocks, but it's not like other places(I don't think they use a mix). Really good though!
I ordered 3 soft corn tacos with chicken, cilantro and rice. My corn shells are not cooked taste like greasy rubber and was soaking wet . The chicken is greasy shredded chicken smelled and tastes like canned chicken with no flavor and rice tastes like it's zatarans rice and undercooked. I also ordered chimichangas and they have shredded cheddar that doesn't melt and dried out red sauce that tastes like it's sat all day. Shredded beef that's greasy and stringy no flavor smells and looks like it was canned beef. First and last time I will order from there.
If you like a great margarita that isn’t heavy on the syrup and authentic pork tamales you gotta check Olers out. The only thing I don’t like about the restaurant is the seating. It is a bar - restaurant so it is very open and drafty. The food is amazing! We tried the pork tamale ( they have chicken too) and it was amazing. Tamale was tasty and perfect moist with just the right amount of pork. I also enjoyed the loaded tostada which was a lot like a taco salad. My husband had a chicken enchilada.
