Based on recent customer experiences, Oishi Ramen is a popular and often busy establishment. Despite the high volume of customers, reviewers have noted the efficiency of the service. Their hand-made noodles are specifically highlighted as being exceptional. Reviewers also note the generous portion sizes relative to the cost, suggesting good value for money. The overall atmosphere, while busy, does not seem to detract from the positive dining experience, with one customer stating that the place "will not disappoint" and expressing intentions to return with family and friends.

In summary, for local users in South Salt Lake, Utah, Oishi Ramen offers a highly recommended experience for those seeking delicious and authentic ramen with hand-made noodles. Okay, so don't let the service fool you. It's not the conventional "I'll take your order and be with you a lot" because this place was packed when we got there. It looked like 2 or three people taking payments, serving and checking in and man did they do a good job for how many people there were. You order your food by scanning a QR code and the kitchen will get your order as soon as you confirm your cart! Everything I tried to ight was amazing. It has become my new favorite noodle spot! Their hand-made noodles were amazing. This place will not disappoint. I will be back, and I will be bringing family and friends 👍👍👍

First time coming here, and I’ll definitely be back! We tried the soup dumplings, braised brisket ramen with hand pulled noodles and the chicken fried noodles! The soup dumplings came out quick and were very flavorful! The braised brisket was fall apart tender, and added a delicious flavor to the noodles! The portion sizes were great for the cost.

Tried to find Lanzhou Hand-pulled Beef Noodle in Salt Lake City, luckily, there is! And definitely, it is hand-pulled noodles, with pretty good taste and a lot of beef. When I came to the restaurant, I definitely won’t expect it to be that ‘Lanzhou’, but I think the noodles are pretty ’Lanzhou’, but not the beef. Also, there’s a lot of other choices, like Ramen and Fried Noodles. We also ordered another ‘Chaomien’ with pork intestines and also not bad. And also will try Ramen next time. But I think the soup be more delicate would be better. I like Lanzhou Hand-pulled Beef Noodle so much.

First, the name was confusing—Japanese ramen and Northwest Chinese noodles are completely different styles, yet this restaurant seems to blend them in a way that doesn’t work. We ordered the beef ramen, gyoza, and 炸猪排 (fried pork cutlet). The ramen was nothing like the Lanzhou-style noodles it claimed to be. The gyoza were simply frozen dumplings that had been fried and totally not the same things on the menu pictures. The pork cutlet was overly salty, making it hard to enjoy. Overall, the experience was underwhelming. Quick service can’t make up for food that doesn’t meet expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic flavors.

I had much higher expectations of this place after seeing the Instagram reels. Don’t get me wrong, this place was good and I’d go back but not what was expected. Service was good even with the amount of people there the day we went. The food was tasty and everything was good. Not my favorite bowl of ramen in the SLC valley but that doesn’t mean it was bad. It was good. Go check it out
