Number 1 China

I have been ordering food and dining in for over 15 years, and I don't have a complaint. The food is delicious. The prices are very reasonable and you have to definitely order their lunch specials. I usually order pan-fried pork pot stickers, Mongolian beef, white rice, and chow main. Defenetly one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants in Aurora.

We have ordered carry out here for years, but due to recent inconsistencies in the food, as well as increased pricing, it's time to find a new Chinese restaurant. Disappointing, as it used to be good & certainly more reasonably priced. This last time the fried rice was not fresh; it was chewy and overcooked. The sweet & sour chicken was so hard it was not edible. We usually order the same items, used to pay $55; now charged $68 for same order, including a surcharge for credit card customers. Time to move on...

Better than Panda less than China Wok across the street. Price was high for small portions. It does what it’s supposed to do as Chinese food. Nice service and there’s a kid there, this is a family business. Go, if not for the flavor then go for supporting a small business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst customer service ever! I placed an order online through beyond menu and when I called the store to change it to delivery they were worried about a tip instead of delivering my food. I’m a server and I always give cash so for them to decline my order because of a tip thats not on the order is ridiculous. I would never order from here again. This shows you the type of people that work here.

Worst customer service. I went through beyond menu to place an order and accidentally placed it for takeout at 5:21 PM. I called Number 1 at 5:22 and asked for them to change it to delivery and they said they didn't want to deliver because I didn't tip them so I asked for a refund. They told me to go through BeyondMenu for a refund. So I call beyond menu at 5:28 PM and they told me that Number one china had to refund me and that they were going to call them and cancel the order. They called back at 5:33 and said that Number 1 china said the food was already done and they could not refund me mind you I already asked to cancel my order at 5:22. I was jumping through hoops for about an hour before they gave me a refund. Never will I EVER order from here or beyond menu again. You have been warned.
