According to one customer, the restaurant generally provides a wonderful experience with kind staff, fast service, and top-notch food. The Wisconsin Mac n' cheese with a side of Korean barbecue meatballs was highly recommended. However, this reviewer noted minor issues such as a somewhat sticky soda machine and booth seats that were a bit torn but still comfortable.
In contrast, another customer reported a negative experience, finding what appeared to be two hairs in their food. They mentioned that the restaurant only offered a refund for the contaminated dish (Mac and cheese), and as a result, they did not want to eat any of their order and had to purchase food elsewhere.

Went here with my mom and had a wonderful experience as usual. Staff were kind, service was fast, and food was top notch. Soda machine was kind of sticky but that's to be expected. Booth seats are kind of torn up but still comfortable. Highly recommend Wisconsin Mac n' cheese with a side of Korean barbecue meatballs.
My wife found what looks like 2 hairs in her food. They only offered to refund the Mac and cheese because that’s the food that was contaminated. Of course we didn’t want to eat any of it. I didn’t realize she found the second one in her other dish. We had to go buy food somewhere else after.
It’d been a few years since I’ve been to Noodles and Company so I decided to stop in. It looks like they’ve made some changes to their menu over the last few years. The new menu isn’t bad, but I wish they wouldn’t have messed with a good thing. I decided to try something new. The dish was good overall, but not the amazing I’d come to know from years past. Maybe it makes me sound old, but Noodles used to be better. It’s still a good place to eat though so if you’re a Noo-bee, it’s still very much worth your time to give them a try. Oh, and the rice crispy treats are AWESOME!
We ordered our food online for pickup. We did modify one dish due to food sensitivities. When we went to pick up the staff made a rude comment that they had to redo one of the dishes because of the modifications. All we modified was not fried onions and no ranch. They were more interested in talking to themselves instead of helping their customers. When we got the food and went home, one of our dishes was fine, the one that wasn't modified. The one that was cold, very little cheese sauce, and way to much buffalo sauce. Not very happy with what we got after being treated that bad.
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered the BBQ pork Mac, and was given chicken instead. The Mac was undercooked and hard, the BBQ sauce tasted sour and old, and there were enough green onions on the meal to consider it a salad. The green onions dominated the flavor and it was overwhelming. On top of that, the staff was miserable to work with. The cashier was so not friendly, and the rest of the staff looked inconvenienced to be working there and looked very uncomfortable with each other. The restaurant was fairly clean, but the kitchen was a mess. I know everyone has rough days, and COVID has not made it easy on anyone and these guys deserve a second visit before I completely write them off, but I don’t want to put myself through another visit like this one. That was a complete waste of a lunch and money.
