Noodles and Company

I ordered two Chicken Parmesan dishes both of which lacked adequate sauce to cover the noodles, dry, overcooked and hard noodles and burnt chicken. The employee who packed up my order had to see the dishes before she put the top on and still packed it up to go. I asked for extra sauce and was told the price of extra sauce versus the employee addressing the issue. Sometimes I feel like when an order is made for take out/to go restaurant employees don’t do quality control. That’s what I feel I experienced today.

Thanks Young Lady's. I ordered Chicken Parmesan, Extra sauce cooked in. Delicious. I added fresh graded Parmesan Cheese once I got home.

For the price they charge, it's totally NOT worth it... I ordered the Chicken Parnesan... First off, small amount for $11... Second, it was basically a bunch of pasta with some watery sauce on 3/4 of it, cheese on 1/4 of it, and 7 tiny bites of BURNT chicken... Absolutely terrible... Posting pictures...

My first time here & the menu was tempting. I ordered a meatless noodles bowl with cheesy garlic bread & I plan to go back soon. I do think that for the price, the amount of food can be a little bit more.

My first experience with Noodles and Company was a pleasant one. I ordered the pesto cavatappi (add red onion and tomato) with a side salad and extra pesto sauce. There was no wait to place my order. The staff was attentive and accurately processed my order. My only complaint is the lack of flavor/ taste. Despite extra sauce, I found the meal to be exceptionally bland. Overall, I found Noodles and Company to be responsibly priced with a variety of options.
