Noodles and Company

The food was not that delicious. I was not impressed with the flavor or quality of the food. The floors were very dirty. The pop machine seemed to be either running low on syrups or calibrated wrong as the pops all tasted bad.

The food was fine and quick, but my experience was a bit alarming when I was dropping my plate to leave. Who I think must have been a lead or manager came up and quite literally threw dishes into the bus tub while I was still standing there with my hand and arm over the tub and then rushed off. That struck me as odd and quite rude and the location could also use a serious clean in the public areas.

Amazing staff lead in spite of a busy rush yesterday at lunch. The staff lead was good at taking kind command after a setback.i was impressed. Great Korean steak noodles and drink selection.

Our first time at this location and it will definitely be the last! Very disappointing!! We usually go to the Novi location which has exceptional service and food. We expected the same at this location but to our surprise we had a very rude employee who she claimed was the manager and wanted us to except the butter noodle bowl which had several chunky pieces that look like chicken all over the noodles and she said it was all burnt butter. Naturally, I asked nicely for a redo because it was very unappetizing. We have never received food like this before nor would a manager that had proper management skills working with the public and food would respond the way she did. Needless to say, this location has lost our business and I highly don’t recommend!! I suggest she get some proper management training working with the public and food.

Takes forever to get your food. Ridiculous waited almost 20 mins for 2 chicken noodle soups and a large pop. No sorry and when she took 6 mins to change the syrup didn't tell me when she was done didn't say a word just walked away. Very rude and unprofessional will never go there again
