Noodle Master

This place is very nice and clean! Super welcoming! The service is excellent and the food is incredibly delicious. The spiciness is off the charts – it's so hot that it'll make you sweat and your nose run, but it's totally worth it. (Only if you want it like that, we ordered it super hot and it didn’t fail) I didn't get to try the cheese balls, but they looked absolutely fantastic. Eating here is like finding inner peace – totally cool, calm, and collected. I can't wait to go back!

Great experience and food. I am always looking for hand pulled noodles, and I am glad there is a place in Pearland that accommodates it. I got the regular chili oil noodles, but next time I will remember to get the wide noodles. We ended up getting a lot more food than we planned, but everything looked good. Give them a try!

I’m posting this review after the 10th visit. It’s been 5 stars every time. Today I had the House special beef noodle soup and the scallion pancakes. The scallion pancake was crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside. Nice opposing textures and a good mouth feel. At it with some chili oil for the finishing touch. I drove out here specifically for the house special noodle soup. I sat in a chair where I could watch the chef stretch and shape the noodles on the bench. I find it fun when he slaps it on the counter. My bowl came stuffed to the brim with these handmade noodles and beef. I don’t like the radish- just a personal preference- but overall this dish is excellent. I find the broth so flavorful that it doesn’t need anything added to it. Yes, I ate the whole bowl!

This is my preferred choice when I'm not feeling my best, whether physically or mentally. The broth is rich and flavorful without being overly salty—it's a delightful mix of ingredients. The portions are generous, and the service is outstanding as well. There's free parking, and the place is clean and welcoming.

Hand pulled noodles were so al Dante which is so authentic and I loved it very much. Rou Jia mo ( pork humbugger) was super flavorful and delicious. Every dish we ordered were super good. Love this place. It is just too far from me otherwise this is will be my weekly spot. Highly recommend.
