About Noodle House

Noodle House is a Chinese restaurant located at 958 E Garvey Ave, Monterey Park, CA 91755, USA. Situated in a region known for its diverse and authentic Asian cuisine, Noodle House primarily functions as a meal takeaway establishment, offering a variety of Chinese dishes for customers to enjoy off-premises. You can contact them at (626) 280-0831 or +1 626-280-0831 to place an order for pickup.

Based on the limited customer feedback available, there are contrasting opinions regarding the experience at Noodle House. One reviewer specifically highlighted two dishes as "delicious": the pan-fried pork dumplings and the beef pancake. This positive feedback suggests that Noodle House has the potential to offer well-prepared and flavorful items that are appreciated by its customers. These two dishes could be considered specialties or popular choices among the menu offerings.

However, another customer reported a significant negative experience concerning the order process. This reviewer claimed that Noodle House would accept orders even if they did not have the requested items available. Subsequently, they would allegedly "force" the customer to change their order after it was placed. The reviewer described this practice as a "total scam" and advised others to avoid Noodle House, labeling it a "waste of time." This serious accusation raises concerns about the restaurant's order management practices and customer service approach.

Considering these contrasting reviews, potential customers should be aware of both the positive feedback regarding the taste of specific dishes and the negative feedback concerning order handling. The deliciousness of the pan-fried pork dumplings and beef pancake, as mentioned by one reviewer, could be a significant draw for those seeking flavorful Chinese takeout. These items might represent the strengths of Noodle House's culinary offerings.

On the other hand, the alleged practice of accepting orders for unavailable items and then pressuring customers to change their order is a serious issue that could lead to frustration and dissatisfaction. This type of experience can negatively impact a customer's perception of the restaurant's reliability and integrity. If this practice is indeed consistent, it would be a significant drawback for Noodle House.

As Noodle House primarily functions as a meal takeaway, the environment of the physical location is not described in the available reviews. Therefore, potential customers should primarily focus on the food quality and the ordering process when considering this restaurant. The positive mention of specific dishes suggests a potential for good taste, but the negative report about order handling warrants caution.

For local users in Monterey Park looking for Chinese takeout, Noodle House presents a mixed picture based on the limited feedback. The reported deliciousness of the pan-fried pork dumplings and beef pancake might entice some to try their food. However, the serious allegation regarding order manipulation should also be carefully considered. It might be advisable for first-time customers to be clear about their order and perhaps confirm the availability of items before finalizing their purchase.

Given the limited scope of the reviews, it is difficult to provide a comprehensive overview of Noodle House's services, features, or any potential promotional information. The primary focus of the feedback is on the taste of a couple of dishes and a significant concern about the order process. There is no mention of delivery services, other menu specialties, pricing, or any ongoing promotions.

In conclusion, Noodle House in Monterey Park, CA, is a Chinese restaurant offering meal takeaway. While some customers have found their food, particularly the pan-fried pork dumplings and beef pancake, to be delicious, there is also a serious accusation regarding deceptive order handling practices. Potential customers should weigh these contrasting points when deciding whether to order from Noodle House. If you are interested in trying the specifically praised dishes, it might be prudent to exercise caution and ensure clarity when placing your order.

They will accept your order no matter they have the item or not and force you to change your order afterwards. Total scam, don’t go, waste of time

Best buns and dumplings in Southern California. They make wonders with flour and pork. They also don’t speak English, so I normally just point at the menu. Nothing is bad on the menu except the seafood. If you get something fried, try to dine in to get the texture right. If you get fennel buns, make sure you like the taste of fennel because there’s nothing subtle about that one. Pork and cabbage is the safest bet.
