About Noble Palace II

Located at 1912 Broadway, Everett, WA 98201, USA, **Noble Palace II** is a Chinese restaurant that has been a long-standing fixture in the local dining scene. Positioned conveniently close to the WSU campus on Broadway, it offers a welcoming dining experience for students, locals, and visitors alike. Noble Palace II can be reached by phone at (425) 252-1100 or via mobile at +1 425-252-1100.

The **environment** at Noble Palace II is characterized by its capacity to accommodate various dining preferences, from casual meals to family gatherings. The presence of "plenty of cars in the parking lot" suggests consistent patronage and ample parking, which is a significant convenience for diners. The restaurant aims to provide a comfortable and traditional setting for enjoying Chinese cuisine. While specific details about the interior décor are not provided, the general atmosphere is conducive to a relaxed meal. The availability of hot tea, especially on a cold day, adds to the welcoming and comforting aspect of the dining environment, reflecting a thoughtful touch in their service.

Noble Palace II’s **services** have seen fluctuations over time, but recent reviews (as of 2025) indicate a positive "amazing turnaround." A consistent highlight is the "attentive service," with staff ensuring that diners are well taken care of, such as promptly serving "lots of delicious hot tea on a cold day." This personal touch contributes significantly to the overall customer experience. Historically, during and after the COVID-19 pandemic (around 2022), there were observations of the restaurant seeming "short staffed," which could have impacted service quality. However, current feedback suggests these issues have been addressed, with the establishment returning to a higher standard of service. Noble Palace II caters to both dine-in customers and those opting for take-out, as indicated by the mention of ordering through delivery services like DoorDash, although experiences with delivery can vary.

The **features** of Noble Palace II’s menu showcase a range of traditional Chinese dishes, with a focus on family-style dining. One of the standout items, according to recent reviews, is the **Wonton Soup**. It is highly praised for its "superb" flavor profile, with "nuances with pork and egg in a wonderful broth with wontons and green onions," and described as smelling great and tasting even better. Another long-standing favorite is the **Crab Wontons**, lauded for being "so superior," "thin, crisp and creamy inside," and described as "AMAZING!!!" The **Hot and Sour Soup** is also well-regarded for being "flavorful but not overpowering."

Other popular dishes include **Shrimp Roll** (hot and crispy), **Almond Chicken** (battered in bite-size pieces), and **Mongolian Beef** (tender and tasty). The **Fried Rice** has been noted for being "dry and slightly crunchy," which some patrons appreciated. For family dinners, options like **Honey Walnut with Chicken** (preferred by some over prawns) and **Prawns and Snow Peas in delicate sauce** are available, indicating flexibility in their offerings to suit different preferences. The **BBQ pork** is described as "delicious, clean fresh and tender." Future intentions to try dishes like Egg Foo Young and Mu Shu Pork suggest a broad and appealing menu.

However, it is crucial to acknowledge that the quality of food at Noble Palace II has experienced some inconsistencies over the years. A review from 2020 mentioned issues with dishes being "heavy on onions and not enough on the other ingredients" and a more recent 2024 review expressed significant dissatisfaction, describing the chicken chow mein, sweet-and-sour pork combo, and pork fried rice as having a "funky smell and taste" and being "uneatable." The egg flour soup was also reported to be "missing egg" and the pork fried rice "cooked to death." This stark contrast in reviews (from "excellent food" in 2020 to "uneatable" in 2024, followed by an "amazing turnaround" in 2025) highlights a period of variability in their culinary execution. The restaurant appears to have made efforts to improve, as indicated by the most recent positive feedback, aiming to return to their "traditional standard of excellence."

Regarding **promotional information**, while explicit current promotions are not detailed, the restaurant's reputation for providing "excellent food" and being a "hidden gem" in the past, coupled with recent positive changes, can serve as an informal promotion. The offering of "family dinner" options is a direct promotion for group dining, providing a convenient and potentially cost-effective way for families to enjoy a variety of dishes. The enduring presence of "plenty of cars in the parking lot" suggests that word-of-mouth and established community trust are significant drivers of their business. Patrons who enjoyed the food in its better periods seem willing to return and see if the restaurant has improved, indicating a loyal customer base. For those in Everett seeking traditional Chinese cuisine, Noble Palace II is a well-known option that, based on the latest feedback, is working to consistently deliver a high-quality dining experience.

2025 Well thankfully they have done an amazing turnaround here. the flavor profile on the wonton soup is superb with nuances with pork and egg in a wonderful broth with wontons and green onions. smells great, taste better. Attentive service, serving lots of delicious hot tea on a cold day. Shrimp roll hot and crispy. Almond chicken battered in bite size pieces. Mongolian beef tender and tasty. Fried rice dry and slightly crunchy. I liked it. Next time I want to try the egg foo Yung and mu shu pork. 2024 I see that they're still plenty of cars in the parking lot so I should try coming again and seeing how they have improved. Hopefully they are back to their traditional standard of excellence. 2022 Stopped coming here after COVID because the last couple of times the dishes were heavy on onions and not enough on the other ingredients. Also, they seemed short staffed. 2020 So glad we have reason to come to this part of town. Excellent food, easy parking. Close to WSU campus on Broadway. We always order family dinner. Husband prefers how they make Honey walnut with chicken instead of prawns. But I like the prawns and snow peas in delicate sauce. The BBQ pork was delicious, clean fresh and tender. The crab wontons are so superior. So thin, crisp and creamy inside. AMAZING!!! Got to try this hidden gem. Husband prefers their hotnsour soup, flavorful but not overpowering. I like the wonton soup. It is really packed an filling. You will enjoy the leftover chow mein and fried rice too.

I ordered the chicken chow mein and sweet-and-sour pork combo and everything had a funky smell and taste and was uneatable. The pork fried rice was cooked to death and had the same funky smell, same with the egg flour soup that was missing egg. I ordered through door dash so this trash cost me $30. This place used to be good years ago.

Oh my. Um I hate to say anything bad about a restaurant. But I'm going to have to run this one the owners very nice very sweet the owner. But I got sweet and sour pork. Never in my life have I had anything that tasted like this. It tasted like they took a entire container of confectioners sugar and added it to the sweet and sour sauce it was like eating cake frosting. I didn't even eat mine neither of us did. The soup was great , fried rice was good. My egg fo young was a bit strange. I'm guessing they're just from a different region and make her differently. It was probably about 7:00 wasn't a whole lot of people one other table full of people in there. Did Kelly got a lot of phone calls for takeout food so I would try it yourself but I don't recommend this particular Chinese restaurant. There is one in Marysville under the same name just Noble Palace and they used to have really good food I'm not sure about now and I don't know if they're connected. But I really don't recommend eating here but that could just be my opinion but again I've never in my life tasted things of this nature. I only ate the rice and the soup the rest of my meal was just not edible.

We ordered this via door dash and it was amazing. Best Chinese food in the area. The honey glazed walnut chicken was my favorite, but everything else was great too. Especially the combination platter. We’ll definitely be back.
