About Noble Palace

Welcome to Noble Palace, a Chinese restaurant located at 1212 State Ave # B in Marysville, Washington, 98270, USA. As a local establishment in the Chinese Restaurant category, Noble Palace can be contacted at (360) 657-2773 or via mobile at +1 360-657-2773 for inquiries and orders. Based on recent online customer reviews, the service at Noble Palace has been positively noted, but there appear to be concerns regarding the quality and preparation of certain food items.

One reviewer who had a takeout order mentioned that the servers were "great." They found some of the dishes to be satisfactory, specifically noting that the soup, fried rice, and chow mein were "good." However, this positive feedback was overshadowed by significant issues with other dishes. The sweet and sour chicken was reported as "not cooked all the way," with a breading described as "soft and soggy." Furthermore, the reviewer's "most favorite almond fried chicken" also suffered from the same problem and was served without gravy, leading to considerable disappointment. Due to these issues with the chicken dishes, this customer stated they would "never go there again," indicating a severe negative impact on their overall experience.

Another reviewer echoed the positive sentiment regarding the service, stating that "service was great" and that the staff were "so quick and friendly." This consistent praise for the service suggests that Noble Palace has attentive and efficient staff who create a positive interaction with customers. However, this positive aspect was also contrasted with a negative assessment of the food quality. This reviewer described the food as "BAD." Specifically, they found the chow mein to be "so bland and wet" with "no flavor at all" and not visually appealing. Similarly, the orange chicken was described as "bland," with hardly any discernible orange flavor. These comments point to a potential lack of flavor and proper texture in some of Noble Palace's main dishes.

Considering these two recent reviews, a pattern emerges where the service at Noble Palace is consistently praised for being quick and friendly. This is a significant positive aspect of the restaurant. However, the quality of the food seems to be a major area of concern. Issues such as undercooked sweet and sour chicken with soggy breading, almond fried chicken with the same textural problems and missing gravy, bland and wet chow mein lacking flavor and visual appeal, and bland orange chicken with minimal orange taste are significant drawbacks that have led to customer dissatisfaction.

Regarding the environment of Noble Palace, the provided information from these reviews does not offer any specific details. Since both reviewers focused primarily on the service and the food quality (one for a takeout order and the other without specifying dine-in or takeout), there is no mention of the restaurant's ambiance, decor, or overall atmosphere. Therefore, an objective description of the environment cannot be provided based on the available information.

In terms of services, Noble Palace offers both dine-in and takeout options, as one reviewer explicitly mentioned a "dinner to go" order, and the positive comments about the servers imply interaction within the restaurant setting as well. The quick and friendly service noted by both reviewers suggests an efficient and welcoming approach to customer interaction, whether for dining in or picking up an order.

As for features, the reviews do not highlight any unique or particularly distinguishing features of Noble Palace beyond the standard offerings of a Chinese restaurant. The menu likely includes common dishes such as chow mein, orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and almond fried chicken, as mentioned in the reviews. However, the varying quality reported for these dishes does not position them as standout features. The consistently praised service could be considered a positive feature, as friendly and efficient staff can significantly enhance the dining experience, even if the food quality is inconsistent.

Currently, there is no promotional information available in the provided text. The reviews focus solely on the personal experiences of the customers regarding service and food quality, without mentioning any ongoing specials, discounts, or other promotional offers that Noble Palace might have. Local users interested in potential promotions or special deals would need to contact the restaurant directly at (360) 657-2773.

In conclusion, Noble Palace in Marysville, WA, appears to offer commendable service characterized by quick and friendly staff. However, recent customer reviews indicate significant concerns regarding the quality and preparation of several key dishes, including sweet and sour chicken, almond fried chicken, chow mein, and orange chicken. While some basic dishes like soup, fried rice, and possibly other unmentioned items may be satisfactory, the reported issues with main courses are serious enough to deter at least one customer from returning. Potential local users should weigh the positive feedback about the service against the negative comments about food quality when considering dining at or ordering from Noble Palace. For any inquiries about the menu or potential promotions, please contact the restaurant directly at (360) 657-2773.

The servers was great. however, I had dinner to go the soup, fried rice and chowmain were good but the sweet and sour chicken was not cooked all the way the breading was soft and soggy and my most favorite almond fried chicken was the same with no gravey. That being said I will never go there again.

Service was great, the ladies were so quick and friendly, but the food was BAD. Chow mein was so bland and wet. No flavor at all, not visually appealing either. Orange chicken was also bland, hardly tasted the orange.

Came here to get Egg Foo Young for lunch, and it was absolutely delicious and filling. The waitresses were great, the food was great, can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. I will agree with other reviewers that the chow mein was bland. Its not the typical chow mein you’d expect, it was bland but still good 🤷🏼‍♂️ fried rice was fantastic though. And hot and sour soup was even better

The servers were nice and quick. But damn! That food was bad! The chow main was wet and flavorless, also almost thought they gave me spaghetti and forgot the sauce.. but no that was the chow main noodles. The chicken was tough and again no flavor. All in all it was bad. And the fried battered food was like opening a Dorito bag. All air and no chips
