Excellent burgers and pierogies. Really good beer selection. I came too late to get the pretzel charcuterie board, so there will be a next time.

Got to stop in to No. 79. The place has a great vibe, inside is cozy and full of people and locals. We sat outside where they had live music another bar and all kinds of games cornhole etc setup. Service was good even though the place was packed. A little bit slow but we were sitting back enjoying new weather music and drinks. Their pierogies are definitely good, a lot of different types with different toppings and such. I had the chicken parm pierogies which were basically their perogies with chicken on top and tomato sauce not bad just not the norm lol. Their regular pierogies were very good as well as their kielbasa. A lot of bar food type options, good beer selection, good cocktails, and all around good time.

Amazing food and drinks. Very unique yet familiar twist on everyday favorites. Rotating monthly specials and beers. Great atmosphere and outdoor space. Very friendly staff. This time, I had their Hot Honey Proscuitto & Arugula with Ricotta cheese flatbread, Bang Bang wings (which are baked and fried which leaves them crispy and not heavy) along with one of their monthly special drinks, a Pumpkin Old Fashioned which was perfect. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend. The bartender, Marissa, is awesome!

My wife and I saw the weather report and they were predicting a sunny eighty-degree day, so it was off for a cruise in our C8 Corvette to anywhere the roads took us. After an hour or so we both began to get hungry. I really did not want the usual fare of hamburgers and fries, so we began a quest for a change. This sunny drive led us to Restaurant #79 in Hammonton, NJ, a delightful surprise! This unassuming dive bar was transformed into a charming Polish fusion eatery, thanks to two soccer moms with a vision. Their unique blend of Polish and Italian flavors, using homemade ingredients like their standout kielbasa and pierogies, is a must-try. The restaurant's name, "#79," stems from its renovation, revealing an "angel number" meaning "Pay it Forward." The interior is a conversation starter, with vintage newspaper wallpaper and a copper-covered penny bar. An intriguing outdoor bar was visible, though closed. We settled at the bar, enjoying European football and the impressive Polish drink selection. I opted for a Fiddlehead beer, among other drafts of Yuengling, Miller lite, Throegs, and Allagash. The menu offered a tempting array of Polish specialties, including a classic tray with kielbasa and pierogies, potato pancakes with beef goulash, and various flatbreads and sandwiches. We saw a couple enjoying the Bavarian soft pretzel appetizer with beer cheese and dark mustard and that did it, we too ordered the pretzel. For our mains, we ordered the kielbasa on a long roll with a side of fries and of course sauerkraut. The flat bread was a concoction of greens, cauliflower and a smidgen of a very delightful sauce. The kielbasa and the cauliflower flatbread were both exceptional. Authentic Polish flavors shone through. The portions were generous, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. My only regret? Skipping the mushroom pierogies and especially the unique "Pierogi Kachow." Restaurant #79 earns a solid four stars. Its unique concept, warm atmosphere, and delicious food make it a Hammonton gem.
