Welcome to No.1 Chinese Restaurant, a local establishment in Clarksville, Tennessee, situated at 1790 Tiny Town Rd c. As a part of the Chinese Restaurant category, No.1 Chinese Restaurant aims to provide a variety of Chinese cuisine options to the local community. Based on recent customer feedback available online, experiences at No.1 Chinese Restaurant appear to be varied. One customer who was waiting for a DoorDash order inside the restaurant reported an incident involving a non-service dog being present in the dining area. This customer expressed immediate offense and noted that the staff did not seem to address the situation.

Another customer shared a concerning experience regarding the food quality and customer service. This reviewer stated that their seven-year-old son almost ingested a piece of metal found in their lo mein noodles. Upon contacting the restaurant, the customer described encountering significant attitude and doubt regarding their claim. They further mentioned being transferred multiple times and ultimately being offered a refund only for the lo mein dish, despite ordering multiple noodle-based dishes which they felt were also compromised. The customer expressed disappointment with the interaction and, more importantly, with the presence of a potentially harmful object in the food, advising against recommending the restaurant based on both the food safety issue and the customer service received.

The limited information available does not provide a comprehensive view of the restaurant's environment beyond the single observation of a dog being present. Similarly, details about the full range of services offered, such as dine-in availability (beyond the mention of waiting inside for a takeout order), specific menu items, or any special features, are not extensively covered in the provided reviews. The focus of the feedback is primarily on the two negative experiences highlighted.

In terms of features, the review mentioning lo mein noodles suggests that this is one of the dishes offered. However, without a complete menu or more positive feedback, it is challenging to establish the restaurant's culinary strengths or specialties from the provided information alone. The incident involving the metal in the food raises concerns about food safety and quality control at No.1 Chinese Restaurant.

Currently, there is no promotional information available for No.1 Chinese Restaurant in the provided data. Local users interested in learning about any special offers, discounts, or new menu items are advised to contact the restaurant directly using the phone numbers provided: (931) 647-3858 or +1 931-647-3858.

Given the limited and predominantly negative recent feedback, potential customers might approach No.1 Chinese Restaurant with caution. The reported issues concerning a non-service animal in the restaurant and, more seriously, a foreign object found in the food, along with the described negative customer service experience, are factors that local users may want to consider. It is important to note that these are individual experiences, and other customers may have had different encounters. However, based on the available information, it is difficult to provide a strongly positive or detailed introduction to the restaurant's environment, services, or features.

For local users seeking a Chinese restaurant in Clarksville, it may be prudent to consider these recent experiences alongside any other information they can gather about No.1 Chinese Restaurant. Direct communication with the restaurant might provide further clarity on their practices and offerings. However, the feedback regarding food safety and customer service warrants careful consideration.

While sitting inside of the restaurant waiting on a DOOR DASH order, a customer walked in with a dog. Not a service dog. I was the only other person in the restaurant. I was immediately offended by the dog just in the restaurant. Nobody working there seemed to have a problem with it.

Today my 7 year old son almost ate a piece of metal in his lo mein noodles from no 1 Chinese on tiny town road. I normally don't pitch a big fit about things, however upon calling them I was met with entirely to much attitude and doubt about this situation, after being hung up on and transferred 3 times to different managers I was finally told I could get a refund for the lo mein only. Even though every dish we ordered had noodles with it. It obviously completely ruined the meal. This isn't like a hair or some piece of paper. It could seriously injure someone especially a child. Luckily he is old enough to notice an off texture and immediately spit it out. I would not recommend based solely on the interaction alone. Let alone brilo pad in the noodles. Yikes.

Absolutely awful service. I placed an order online for pickup with 45 min notice. When I got there I was told to wait 5 minutes but proceeded to wait over 30 minutes and when I got the order they left out parts of it! I called about the issue but the first person said they couldn’t help me and someone would call me right back. I waited and no call. When I called again they said I could drive back to pick up the rest. I have no desire to spend over an hour of my day on subpar food that should have been done right the first time so I asked for a refund on that item and they hung up on me.

The food was amazing!!!🤩 🤩 🤩 I ordered take out of serval menu items, from the Orange chicken, Orange Beef, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Vegetable Egg Foo Young , Chicken Fried Rice, Spring Rolls.... Everything was delicious! The taste of items were fresh and full of flavor. Sauce meat ratio excellent. The rice was fresh with flavorful chicken pieces and and fresh vegetables! Go ahead and order.😋

I ordered a delivery from this restaurant. The food was DISGUSTING. There was no taste in the chicken wings and pork friend rice. Not even multiple packs of duck sauce or the Holy Ghost could give the food taste. $34.00 for nothing. I'll try to repurpose the rest of the rice. YUCK.
