NO.1 Chinese Restaurant

Today I called number one Chinese and I wanted to make an order and the lady told me I couldn't make an order because the computer said that it can't make deliveries to my phone number, which is listed on the computer not to deliver any food to me. Me and my family have given this restaurant business for over 25 years, and they're not going to deliver me any food? This doesn't make any sense at all. If that's how they want to automate their business so be it that I'm not going to spend a single dollar with this business anymore.

I got beef and broccoli is 13.35$ and is more broccoli than beef I paid 13.35 for broccoli it’s good don’t get me wrong, but what’s up with that, either lower the price to 8$ or give me more beef

I’ve ordered a lot of food from this place and it’s never been consistent when it came to quality and service. The last time I placed an order for a delivery as soon as I opened the bag I smelled a rotten smell. It was an egg roll which made the rest of my food suspect. I called them and let them know they sold me a rotten egg roll and the response was the next time you order we’ll credit you an egg roll. I haven’t ordered there since and never will. DON’T EVER ORDER HERE..!!!!

Management was very nasty kept changing my credit card only cared about the the manager lied to me and said that the delivery guy would have a card swiped with him he gets here he didn’t have a card swiper and when i told him that I only had money on the card he called the manager and refused to give me my food very nasty will never order from them again and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as soon as possible

The food wasn't good or bad it was bland and they charged you more money if you use a card
