First time at this Chinese restaurant, the food was very fresh, the staff was very friendly. Their lo mein portions were generous. The store is very clean and the lady at the front desk is always mopping the floor and wiping the table.

I was in the mood for Chinese food, so I Googled nearby options and chose this spot based on the reviews despite it not being the closest. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the expectations. The lady who took my order over the phone lacked basic phone etiquette, and the service didn’t improve when I arrived to pick up my order. There was no greeting or thank you—just the price. Once back at work, I opened the food and found it to be mediocre. I ordered chicken and broccoli in garlic sauce, but the chicken was a bit slimy and undercooked. Additionally, it came with pork fried rice instead of white rice, which I didn’t realize I needed to specify. Coming from NYC, I’m used to this dish automatically being served with white rice. Overall, the food and service left much to be desired. I don’t plan on returning or recommending this place to others.

Simply exceptional service. I always order on DoorDash and it came neatly packaged in a cute little tote bag and even gave me a free egg roll. Food came in under 30 minutes. Absolutely exceptional and the definition of going above and beyond for a business. Kudos to the owners.

Very rude! Every time I tried ordering! The lady with the hat on would walk away and ask me to repeat my order! After the third time repeating my order. I decided to walk away! I was trying to order a big corporate meal for my meeting staff and I JUST said nevermind and went to a Mexican restaurant to have my staff meeting there instead! People such as myself work extremely hard and we just want some great Chinese food. So, my opinion is this!!!! DON'T WAIST YOUR ENERGY, TIME AND VALUABLE MONEY ON POOR WAISTED CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered online but had to pay in store. My expected wait time was approximately 15 minutes. I made it to the store in about 12 minutes. The food was ready when I walked in. It was hot, so I know that they'd just finished preparing it. It had really good flavor to it. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant. There atmosphere was neutral.
