No.1 China Buffet

Here’s a list from my experience here with 3 friends: 1. Food is decent but nothing has labels 2. If you’re of color, they will make you pay at entry. 3. They yell across the room 4. Older man told me to “wait or ask someone else for help because he’s the only one working” when I asked for a refill. Then proceeded to seat another table, refill others & then go have a conversation. 5. They charge for “switching drinks” 6. The water they give you to drink is from the sink.

Thought 3.4 stars wasn’t that bad but it really was. As soon as we walked in, there was yelling from the workers and owner, and they were quite harsh when we were being seated too. The atmosphere was off but I wasn’t expecting much because of the location. The place was absolutely empty and the seating was a bit odd, high tables and low booths. Not much food variety, and most of it was cold too. Thought I had taken an egg roll but it was just a piece of chicken. The food being cold made me not want to eat it either. Crab Rangoon was stale, but not as bad as everything else. RED JELLO ABSOLUTELY CARRIED!! It’ll never be bad, anywhere. WORST PART WAS: when the waitress stood there and waited for us to put our card down, and then waited again when we signed the receipt. We didn’t leave a tip since the place was so awful, and when she looked at the receipt she literally told us “you didn’t fill out the tip” and waited till we tipped her. Horrible experience and food.

I always have a good experience last few times I've been there. Lunch is $14 it's a small selection but decent they have sushi as well.

The staff is super loud. They yell across the dining room at you as soon as you walk in. They also yell at each other quite often. The food was hit or miss. Crab Rangoon was good. Other stuff was low-mid. The server never refilled drinks. Not for us and not for any one around us. Everyone was swaying their cups in the air. The server looked at the empty cups 5 times and dropped the check off in between. We asked him and the lady server. Never brought the drink, but came back to tell us to pay. Basically rushing us out. At the very end he says oh you no want refill I can bring you water.

i went there today for the first time with my family, host was very rude and aggressive. we got sat down, all the “server” did was bring our drinks. we didn’t get checked on. the food was alright. they had limited options, very small area, no one was in there. that should’ve been first red flag, we get our check and the server literally hovered over my mom as she signed the receipt and proceeded to say “tip” as if we were forced to tip. especially after that horrible experience. i myself have been server and work in a restaurant as of right now and i usually tip anywhere i go. in no circumstance ever is a server supposed to tell you that you have to tip. we found it off putting but tipped 5 dollars anyways because we are nice. and then she just simply walked away. no “thank you”, no “have a good day”. ZERO STARS. i do not recommend and i will never be back here.
