About Nine Dragons Restaurant

Nine Dragons Restaurant is a Chinese dining establishment situated within the China Pavilion at Epcot, Walt Disney World, located at 200 Epcot Center Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830, USA. They can be contacted at (407) 939-5277 or +1 407-939-5277.

As a Chinese Restaurant within a popular theme park, Nine Dragons offers a variety of Chinese dishes. Recent customer reviews provide insights into the dining experience.

One visitor reported a positive experience, specifically enjoying the Spicy Mala Happy Family dish, which they found to have a good mix of chicken, shrimp, and beef with well-balanced flavors and a pleasant level of spice. They also tried the Shangri-La Slushy, noting it was refreshing but quite sweet.

Another reviewer highlighted several dishes, including the shrimp dumplings and the stuffed crab claw in sauce, as "super tasty." They found the typhoon shelter sole to be just "ok" and noted that the glazed prawns with pistachio had too much sauce, which they did not prefer. The vegetables with beef were well-received, and the restaurant accommodated a request to prepare it without sauce or spice. While they found the drinks to be satisfactory, they were not as impressive as those offered at Epcot's booths. This reviewer also mentioned longer waiting times for food. Overall, they were happy with their experience and expressed intent to return to try other menu items.

For those visiting Epcot and looking for a Chinese dining option, Nine Dragons Restaurant offers a range of dishes in a unique setting. While some dishes receive high praise, others have mixed reviews, and potential guests should be prepared for potentially longer wait times for their food.

I recently visited Nine Dragons in Epcot and had a good experience. I ordered the Spicy Mala Happy Family, which included a nice mix of chicken, shrimp, and beef. The flavors were well-balanced, and the spice level was just right—not too overwhelming. I also tried the Shangri-La Slushy. It was refreshing, though a bit on the sweet side. If you enjoy sweeter drinks, you’ll likely appreciate it, but just be aware of the sweetness. The service was efficient, and I appreciated the quick turnaround. Overall, it was a solid dining option in Epcot, and I would recommend it if you're looking for a satisfying meal.

This Chinese restaurant is located at Epcot theme park in the Chinese Pavillion at Walt Disney World. It offers some super tasty dishes, like shrimp dumplings and a superb stuffed crab claw in sauce. Typhoon shelter sole (deep fried sole) was ok, but the glazed prawns with pistachio had too much sauce on them that we did not like. The vegetables with beef was good, the restaurant accommodated this dish to not have any sauce or spice. The drinks were ok, but not as good as the ones offered at the Epcot booth’s. Waiting times for food were long. Overall we were happy to experience this restaurant and will come back to try some other dishes. Enjoy!

Wanted to go to a restaurant and enjoy the evening away from the crowds. There weren’t many reservations available for other restaurants and we aren’t normally big into Chinese food but this place didn’t disappoint. I’m aware some dishes here have very bad reviews but we researched what others liked, such as the chicken and the stir fry. Also the white rice itself was perfect and we had multiple servings of it on the side. While the food wasn’t something to die for, the portions were hefty and can fill you up for the rest of the day at Epcot. The atmosphere and environment is peaceful and depending on where you sit you may have a nice view of the lake and world showcase. Above all, our waitress was amazing, she was funny and light hearted and always attentive to our needs throughout the meal. While there may be other restaurants that sit on the top at Epcot, if your looking for a decent meal, forgot to plan ahead, and of course don’t mind Chinese food then this place is worth a try.

My wife and I dined at Nine Dragons tonight, and it was hands down the most incredible meal we've ever had at Disney World! Every dish was a symphony of flavors, and the service was impeccable. We can't stop raving about it. We're already planning our return trip!

Really nicely decorated. Service was good, but slightly lacking in friendliness, but that may be a cultural thing. The potstickers were delicious. The shrimp dumplings were interesting, but I probably would not order again. We only ordered appetizers because we weren't super hungry, but I'd definitely go back to try their main entrees.
