About New Xing Wang

New Xing Wang is a Chinese restaurant located at 62 West Burnside Avenue in the Bronx, New York. As a "Chinese Restaurant," it operates within a category that typically offers a wide selection of dishes rooted in Chinese culinary traditions. These often include various preparations of rice, noodles, vegetables, and proteins such as chicken, beef, pork, and seafood, catering to a diverse range of tastes and preferences through takeout and delivery services.

The limited customer feedback available for New Xing Wang presents a concerningly mixed picture, with one review raising a serious food safety issue and another offering a positive, albeit brief, comment on a specific dish. One customer, who stated that their family had been regular patrons, reported a severely negative experience, alleging that they received an order containing "rotten shrimp." This is a significant health and safety concern, as the consumption of rotten seafood can lead to serious illness. The reviewer explicitly stated that their family would no longer order from this location and urged the health department to investigate the restaurant, emphasizing the potential for serious health consequences due to what they termed "company negotiations" (the intended meaning of this phrase is unclear but underscores their strong negative sentiment). They concluded their review with a stark warning: "ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK !!"

In stark contrast, another customer offered a positive comment on a specific combination dish. They mentioned that even though it was "4 piece of wings," it was "way worth it" when combined with "shrimp mixed with pork fried rice" and "the chicken chopped up." This suggests that at least some of the dishes at New Xing Wang can be satisfying and flavorful to certain customers. The specific combination of flavors and textures in this particular order seems to have been well-received by this reviewer.

The extreme divergence between these two recent reviews makes it difficult to form a definitive overall assessment of the food quality and safety standards at New Xing Wang. The allegation of serving rotten shrimp is a very serious issue that potential customers should be aware of. Conversely, the positive feedback on the chicken wings with shrimp and pork fried rice indicates that the restaurant is capable of producing enjoyable dishes.

Information regarding the environment of New Xing Wang is not provided in the available customer reviews. Therefore, an objective description of the restaurant's ambiance, decor, or seating arrangements for dine-in customers cannot be offered. It is unknown whether New Xing Wang primarily focuses on takeout and delivery or if it also offers a significant dine-in experience. The nature of the establishment as perceived by customers seems to be primarily as a takeout and delivery option, given the context of the reviews.

In terms of services, based on the context of the reviews, New Xing Wang offers both takeout and delivery. Customers are placing orders to be consumed off-premises. The phone numbers provided ((718) 960-5543 and +1 718-960-5543) would be the primary means for placing phone orders for these services. The availability of online ordering is not mentioned in the provided reviews.

Features of New Xing Wang, based on the limited and contradictory information, are difficult to ascertain reliably. One potential feature could be the specific combination of chicken wings with shrimp and pork fried rice, which was positively highlighted. However, the serious allegation of serving rotten shrimp raises significant concerns about food quality control and safety practices, potentially overshadowing any positive features. The restaurant's offerings would likely include standard Chinese takeout fare, but the consistency and quality of these dishes appear to be questionable based on the available feedback.

There is no promotional information mentioned in the customer reviews. Details about any special offers, discounts, or loyalty programs that New Xing Wang might be running are not provided. To obtain such information, customers would need to contact the restaurant directly via phone or visit their location at 62 West Burnside Avenue, Bronx, NY 10453, USA. They may also have a menu available online or in-store that could highlight any current promotions.

In conclusion, New Xing Wang is a Chinese restaurant in the Bronx with recent customer feedback that presents a significant dichotomy. While one reviewer found a specific dish combination to be "way worth it," another reported a severe food safety issue involving rotten shrimp, strongly advising others to exercise caution and suggesting investigation by the health department. Potential customers should carefully consider this information when deciding whether to order from New Xing Wang. For details on the restaurant's environment, services, full menu, and any potential promotions, direct contact with the establishment is recommended, keeping in mind the serious food safety concern raised in one of the reviews.

Place used to be good until they started getting new people in there. Quality of food went down along with their integrity. I feel bad for they person they sold they food they dropped on the floor to. After that visual experience I walked right on out and never again will I order from there.

It was good while it lasted. We ordered with this place regularly, and the food was decent! They were also the only restaurant in the area that would deliver to our building, which was cool. And then they suddenly decided to take an order today for my family, and take over an hour and a halg to deliver. It wouldn't have been so bad, if their clerk hadn't been rude when answering our call inquiring about our food. We did pay for our food when it arrived, but eh. I'll be looking for another regular place in the meantime.
