The menu at New Village likely encompasses a variety of popular Chinese dishes. Typically, a Chinese restaurant in this category would offer items such as fried rice, noodle dishes, various meat and vegetable stir-fries, and soups. These dishes often feature a blend of savory, sweet, and sometimes spicy flavors, characteristic of Chinese culinary traditions. Given the limited information, the specific specialties and the breadth of New Village's menu remain unknown.
However, it is important to consider recent feedback from customers who have experienced New Village's offerings through delivery platforms like DoorDash. One customer described their Kung Pao dinner box as "bland and flavorless," expressing dissatisfaction with the chicken's texture and the overall quality of the dish. They also noted issues with the rice, wonton soup, and egg roll, and mentioned that the "spare ribs" appeared to be roasted pork instead. This customer expressed a strong negative sentiment and indicated they would not order from New Village again.
Another customer shared a similarly negative experience, stating that the food was the "worse I ever ate." This review specifically mentioned a special fried rice that was described as "not fresh and horrible," and an order of chicken wings that was short in quantity. The customer also reported a dismissive response when contacting the restaurant to complain about these issues.
These reviews highlight significant concerns regarding the quality and freshness of the food, as well as potential issues with order accuracy and customer service. Potential customers should be aware of these recent experiences when considering ordering from New Village.

It was a Doordash order so I couldn't rate Service or Atmosphere but this was some of the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. Got a Kung Pao dinner box. The Kung Pao chicken was bland and flavorless. The texture, consistency, and cuts of chicken were unrecognizable to any chicken I've ever eaten in my lifetime, and believe me that's a lot of chicken. The rice was cooked with old oil and seemed old itself. The wonton soup was flavorless. The egg roll was over fried in oil that desperately needs to be changed and the " Spare ribs" were not spare ribs just roasted pork. I wanted to support a local restaurant instead of a PF Changs or Panda Express. That was a mistake this time. I'll never order from here again.
The food in this restaurant is the worse I ever ate. I ordered a special Fried rice and a small order of 5 chicken wings. The chicken wings order was short, with only 4 wings in the bag. The fried rice was not fresh and horrible. I called the restaurant back to complain about iit and the guy din't care. Do not waste your money getting food from this New Village restaurant.
My family ordered food from this establishment and we were very upset. We have been customers of new village for over ten years. However, the food has drastically downgraded over the course of the years. First of all, we ordered orange chicken and general tso chicken. The delivery driver brought two trays of the orange chicken, instead of one each. We thought this was a simple mistake, so we proceeded to call the restaurant. One of the workers (a man) said they had not made a mistake in regards to the dishes. The two trays of orange chicken looked identical to each other (not even close to general tso chicken). The worker said the only difference between orange chicken and general tso chicken is that the orange chicken has an orange peel, while the general tso does not, which is obviously a lie. Also, the fried rice did not taste like anything. No eggs were included with the rice and it just tasted very bland overall. I would not recommend this restaurant as it seems like the standards have gone out the window.
My family and I order regularly from New Village Chinese Food. Last night (Sunday night around 9 PM) we ordered but after a couple hours everyone started having stomach aches and then the diarrheas started. My wife, small kids and I, all sick. We got food poisoning. We were fine before the food, no signs or symptoms of anything. It was right after the food from the restaurant. I called the next day still stomach sick, and asked to speak with a manager but the girl on the phone told me to talk to her because nobody spoke English, so she translated for me. I told them about my family’s experience, how the food was bad (poisoned), and asked them for a refund. But they told me (the girl translated, I could hear them speak Chinese between them), that they never had a problem with the food before and that their food had been inspected by some kind of food inspector, they even told me that maybe we got sick from something we ate before, so they didn’t say sorry or anything just that it never happened before, and tried to turn the fault of the bad food on me. I told them to be careful so it wouldn’t happened to anyone else. Just hanged up after that because I didn’t wanted any arguments because I was still feeling too weak after a dreadful night of stomach aches and diarrhea. They lost a customer. Would not recommend.
Pretty good "New York style" Chinese food. Lunch specials give you a lot of food for a reasonable price. For lunch, you get an entree with rice (white or pork fried) and one of the following: soda, soup, or an egg roll for about $7. Honey chicken is delicious. The chicken Lo Mein was good (lots of veggies and high quality chicken), but it didn't have a lot of flavor. The pork fried rice is very tasty though. Egg rolls are good; they contain chicken or pork.
