New Ruby Chinese Restaurant

My God I love this place and the wonderful family that runs it. Very professional, great customer service, kind, clean place, WONDERFUL FOOD! I Love the cucumber soup, the fruit 🤤 is very good, I'm a personal fan of their Beef Lo Main , their Hot & Sour Soup and their egg rolls are always fresh. I am happy bringing friends & family here from time to time. Worth the travel and worth the wait for good quality food. Aloha ! 🤙🏽🐻🤙🏽🙂👋🏽

Disappointing. Don't recommend. And won't be back. Got Lunch Special of Sweet and Sour Chicken with Pork Fried Rice and Hot and Sour Soup. The chicken was breaded and designed to take up container space. That's cheaping out. In addition, the breading was not fully cooked. Yuk. The pork fried rice had minimal onions and pork. Unlike a better place, it had no bean sprouts. The hot and sour soup didn't have mushrooms. It also wasn't spicy hot at all. Even temperature-wise, I'll point out for you that the soup was not evenly heated. It was actually cold in spots. When compared to my China Inn review, this place -- New Ruby Chinese Restaurant -- fails.

Food was really good! I had the beef in spicy garlic sauce. It was flavorful, tender, and saucy.

Got food delivered for dinner. It was delivered fast & still piping hot when it got to us. Everything was fresh and delicious!

Ordered House Egg Food Young. That means chicken, pork, and shrimp. Had 2 very small shrimp. Paid over 12 bucks for 2 shrimp. Was told order would be ready in 20 mins. I arrived 30 mins after and had to wait 10 mins longer in the restaurant. This place is HORRIBLE. Stood in waiting area for 5mins without a greeting; the girl kept coming to the front only for the phone. So inattentive. She wasn't even helping the kitchen, which is what she was acting like she was doing. I was too lazy to ride further down Ridge to Dream House. Never again. Dream House is WAY better. Never coming back here‼️. If I could give less stars, I would.
