New Ping's

This restaurant is absolutely horrible. I order thru their delivery service at 2Pm. My food didn't arrive until 3:30pm. The food was cold and the crab Rangoon was burnt. I call them and they didn't want to send another order. Once I arrived to the restaurant the manager blamed the cook, the delivery service every body accept taking responsibility. After an hour of going back and forth I finally received my refund. Customers are not always right but when you can clearly see your service was bad own it and move do not make the customer feel bad for ordering food from you restaurant.

The food is normally good but depending on the evening & who cooking it is seldom consistent I’ve had Mongolian beef three times they’re never been made the same different ingredients

went the for my husbands birthday and found a dead fly in the plum sauce bottle and before I could give it to the waitress she grabbed the bottle and said oh dead fly. I knew I should have left then. We went to warm up our left overs saturday morning and my daughter found a black ant in her sesame chicken, I called the restaurant to tell them and she kept saying I was lying well I wasnt so please do not eat here , They are not clean I wouldnt even give them one star but you have to hit one to post this , That should tell you also

Lo-mein noodles were horrible looked like ramon noodles, horrible flavor for the combination meals if it were under 6 bucks maybe but not 12, I’ll stick to the other places that don’t serve cat food

Must be new owners/managers? Maybe they changed suppliers? Egg drop soup was cold and like jelly. Main dish was cold and bland.
