About New Nagoya

New Nagoya, situated at 10761 E Alameda Ave B in Aurora, Colorado, operates as a Chinese Restaurant providing both dine-in and carry-out/delivery options for local users. Based on customer feedback, cleanliness is a significant aspect of their service, with one reviewer appreciating their efforts to prevent cross-contamination, a concern in other restaurants.

While the primary function is a restaurant, they facilitate meal delivery and carry-out. A notable feature mentioned is their attention to cleanliness within the restaurant itself. Regarding their offerings, popular vegetarian choices include Veggie Egg Foo Young, Veggie Fried Rice, and Spring Rolls, which one customer specifically highlighted as their favorites. The Veggie Hibachi is also well-liked, although one reviewer often enjoys it before writing a review.

The Orange Chicken is another dish that receives positive remarks, noted for having an authentic tang, suggesting the use of fresh oranges. While one customer wished it were crunchier, they still considered it one of the best versions they've had. The Fried Rice is also commended for containing real eggs and not being greasy. The restaurant offers average pricing, making it an accessible option for regular meals.

A minor suggestion for improvement was the use of tape instead of staples for carry-out bags, as one customer found a staple at the end of their meal. Overall, New Nagoya is considered a good place to eat at regularly, indicating a consistent level of quality and satisfaction for its patrons. Veggie egg foo young veggie fried rice and spring rolls are my favorite things to eat here! I appreciate how clean they keep their restaurant and never had a problem with cross contamination like other restaurants! I would recommend using tape instead of staples for carry out bags because I did find a staple at the end of my meal! Also the veggie hibachi is good but I usually eat it before I do a review so sorry no picture!

Note to self: Orange chicken is good, it has an authentic tang like they used fresh oranges, wish it was crunchier but overall one of the best orange chicken dishes so far. Fried rice is good, has real eggs and isn't greasy (Dont remember if provides brown rice, will update later, must also check quality of their Sesame chicken.) Good average price as well. OVERALL: a good place to eat at regularly.

I ordered this off DoorDash. It cost me $67! I ordered $5 worth of hibachi sauce. They literally didn’t put a single one in the bag. I had to jump through hoops to get my $5 back. I hate eating Chinese food without yum yum/hibachi sauce so now I get to throw a good $30 worth of the food away cause I don’t eat it plain. Or I have to pay another $15 to have sauce delivered. At this point I’ve lost my appetite. The only reason I am raising this order to a 3 is because the restaurant called to try and make amends. They do not deliver however & DoorDash will not retrieve partial orders. So, I’m still in a predicament. Please check bags before sending them off especially through DoorDash bc it’s not like I can drive back to get it.

I've done a lot of traveling over the last few years and landed in Aurora for the past couple of months. Next weekend is my birthday and I decided to treat myself early! This is by far the worst food experience I've had thus far. I ordered two dinner meals at about 15.60 each and was beyond dissatisfied. First, I could not tell the difference between the orange chicken and the General Taos chicken because they both looked sickly and had an extremely thin and wet sauce. The fried rice has absolutely NO taste! I was actually flabbergasted at the lack of taste/seasoning. The spring roll was, average. This place is NOTHING to rave about and I genuinely would suggest (maybe slightly urge) anyone to choose Bonchon's chain restaurant over this. Not worth the money at all.

The food was bland was not worth what we paid for. My kids did not want to finish their meals.
