About New Mr Lee's Chinese Restaurant

Looking for a Chinese Restaurant in Singapore that offers meal takeaway? New Mr Lee's Chinese Restaurant, located at 6560 NW 186th St, Hialeah, FL 33015, USA, has received mixed reviews regarding its customer service and food quality, which should be taken into account.

One long-term customer reported persistent issues with a "disrespectful lady" at the front, citing repeated instances of forgotten reimbursements. They also described the food quality as hit or miss, often not having the energy to address issues when they occurred. On one occasion, the General Tso's chicken was described as tasting like "golf balls," freezer-burnt, and oversaturated in sauce, leading to a refund but a decision not to return. This suggests potential inconsistencies in food preparation and customer service follow-up.

Another customer had a more varied experience. They ordered shrimp in lobster sauce with fried rice and two sides of mixed wonton soup. While they found the fried rice decent and the customer service quick, efficient, and friendly, they reported immediate nausea after trying the wonton soup, although this feeling subsided after eating fried noodle sticks. This indicates potential issues with the quality or freshness of certain menu items, specifically the wonton soup in this instance.

Based on these recent reviews, New Mr Lee's Chinese Restaurant presents a mixed picture for those seeking meal takeaway. There are concerns regarding disrespectful front-of-house service and inconsistent food quality, with at least one instance of a severely disliked dish. Conversely, the service was described as quick and friendly by another customer, although they experienced a negative physical reaction to one of the dishes ordered. The environment of the takeaway is not described in the provided reviews.

As New Mr Lee's Chinese Restaurant is located in Hialeah, Florida, a direct experience from Singapore is not possible. However, the available reviews suggest potential risks regarding food quality and customer service consistency. When considering your options for Chinese takeaway in Singapore, it is important to weigh these reported experiences.

Been coming here for years dealing with the disrespectful lady in the front. Always "sorry i forgot" never let me reimburse. Hit and miss on the food to say the least. When they miss I usually don't have the energy to go back. Today I did, countless times they tell me I'll get credit but forget when I order next time. General to chicken tasted like golf balls. Freezer burnt, drowned in sauce terrible. Got my money back this time...never again....very lucky it won't post the picture

I had the shrimp in lobster sauce with fried rice, and 2 sides of mixed wonton soup. When I first tried the soup, I immediately became nauseous, but after eating the fried noodle sticks, the feeling went away. The rice was decent. The customer service was quick, efficient & friendly.

I love this place but they have gotten so busy that I spend too much time on hold to place an order with them over the phone. I sometimes have to wait 2 to 3 days to eat there. They should hire someone to take orders over the phone. I wait about 30 min at a time. Smh 🤦🏼‍♀️

First time visiting and ordered C.30 lunch boneless BBQ ribs and pork fried rice with egg roll. Since I am from New York it’s hard to find good New York Style Chinese food. Most of the places like China One and Panda Express are commercial and the cooks are from Vietnam and Hong Kong. I highly recommend this place for great Chinese food the only issue they don’t have location and I live in Miramar west of 75. I just so happen to be passing by read the great reviews online and wanted to add my review as well.
