2024 Review - Customer service was pleasant. The food didn't taste fresh (in their defense, I didn't get to eat it until 20 minutes later). Either way, I'll likely never eat at this location again. I should have gone with Los Garcia or La Borichina. 2023 Review - Customer service was pleasant. The food was fresh, hot & well cooked. I specifically ordered a lunch special "General TSO Chicken Crispy." The food was surprisingly spicy in a good way. The pork fried rice was also tasty. I would definitely order here again. (Disclaimer: I ordered and picked it up in person.)

Food is pretty good but watch out when paying. Depending on who rings you up you will get charged different prices for the same exact order. Some people charge 4% for using your credit/debit card while some charged $1 or 50 cents. Its a shame that these guys can't get their pricing system done right, its seems like they want to scam pennies out of people. If its cold outside, expect it to be just as cold inside, another clear indicator that expenses like heating your building are unimportant to them. DO BETTER.

I’ve ordered from here many times and it was my favorite place but the last few times have not been good at all and it makes me wonder if they’ve made some big changes in house. Either new people prepping the food or a new vendor for their items. Delivery driver is always super kind and I’ve had no issues with service so it pains me to write this review. Pork egg rolls now have the most minuscule amount of pork that it’s shouldn’t even be called a pork egg roll Golden fingers have always been greasy so they put a napkin in the package..now that napkin is so saturated that it’s totally stuck to the food AND there’s still enough grease to soak through two full paper towels. The quality of the chicken has also changed drastically. Each bite is rubbery/weirdly chewy and tonight’s also smelled like it was sitting in the fridge uncovered before they cooked my order.

The food is amazing and delicious. I am giving it a poor review because I had ordered on Door Dash, and the delivery time kept getting pushed back, 4 times! I tried to contact the restaurant and I was told a manager has to speak with me. No one ever called me. 2 hours after ordering I finally have my food.

Apparently under new ownership. Ordered fried Tilapia, steamed dumplings & 20oz soda = $17.13! If you look @ the attached pic the "tilapia" is NOT tilapia but instead frozen store bought fish fillets. The dumplings look like they came prepared & all they did was steam them. Prices have also gone up since original owner but quality has gone down. I was also overcharged by about a $1. Always compare what they charge you with the prices on the menu & make sure to include sales tax
