New Main Moon

Absolutely dreadful. The food is VERY questionable. This is 2 different teriyaki sticks from the same order. What even is that!!!!!!? I spent over 50$ and took one bite from everything and threw it away. I could care less about the money that "food" was not edible. I don't understand how this place is even in business AND on DoorDash. I happen to live close so I called for a refund and they just kept telling me to call DoorDash . And that it was all DoorDashes fault. No ..no lady.. your food is not for human consumption. Please don't order here.

What is going on with New Main Moon? I used to take the drive on 57 just to savor their egg rolls. Although kind of greasy, they were tasty. I just ordered two dishes. They both tasted like rotten meat and were swimming in God knows what strange sauce they came in. They both landed in the trash after a couple of spoons. To make worse, they were misrepresentation of dishes we ordered. My daughter got sick from that food. We were very disappointed.

Disgusting! Our usual Chinese restaurant was closed, so we went to Main Moon. Main Moon used to be our top 2 to go to. I ordered the crispy beef. There was nothing crispy about it. It tasted like those Perdue frozen chicken blobs when you microwave it. I’m not even sure it was beef. The fried rice was loaded with onions. I like onions, but that was overkill. My son had the lo mein and said it tasted like how plastic smells. I do not recommend this place at all.

I wasn’t sure what I wanted and the chef was raving about the ginger chicken, so I decided to try it. It was amazing. Lots of fresh, crispy vegetables and delicious chicken. The portions are huge, so this is easily two meals. Can’t be beat for taste and value!

Apparently New Main Moon has gotten new owners since last week. The new kitchen staff makes all of the food entirely different. Crab rangoons are folded stupidly so the inside is overcooked from oil seeping in. They're also burnt on the outside, and the filling is not the same as it used to be. If I had to name these I would call them Onion Rangoons because they're FULL of onions. The general Tsos used to be crispy, now it's soggy and sad. I'm extremely dissatisfied and will be getting a FULL refund tomorrow when I stop in. I will never eat the food here again.
